Today's podcast is about meditation and creative visualisations to enable you to still your mind not just for a moment of peace and tranquillity, but to eventually be able to raise your vibrations level and send your magickal workings sky high! This is the first one I have ever recorded as I usually only do these in person through my regression practice. Let me know how you found it! I couldn't add any extra background sounds or music due to copywrite!
If you have meditated before then you may just like to take part in the small creative visualisation that takes place, if you are new then you may find this of use to help you relax and focus.

Talking about our personal energy and how to raise it.
We are all made up of energy and if we don't keep up our energy resources or Chi, we can make ourselves ill.
This podcast is based on conversations I have had with friends and from 20 years working as a Reiki Master. As I always say to my friends and clients these are only opinions, we are all different and all on our own journey to finding the life we were born to lead. Some of us have found it, some are still searching and maybe one or two things here may be of use to you. At the very least you have listened to me waffling on about raising energy whilst you are walking the dog!
My path is to share knowledge and chat with people about their pathways and how they got there!
