Eldred is a qualified Physical Therapist, Exercise Scientist, and respected speaker, and has presented numerous local and international workshops, radio talks, podcasts, and TV shows about gaming. He was addicted to gaming for 20 years with a staggering 30,000 hours' worth of game time and fully understands the complexity of addiction.  Now, fully rehabilitated, Eldred invested the last 5 years intensely studying his addiction and researching the spiritual, neurophysiological, emotional, and physical effects of addiction.  Last episode we had the pleasure of discussing more about Eldred's testimony and the devastating effects of video game addiction.
