Sora, Is There Really a Difference Between Energy Coaching and Energy Channeling?Want the short answer? Yes!But now, allow me to give voice to the nuance of that yes. As the founder of Devoted Energy Coaching School I am deeply invested in energy coaching while also having a deep reverence and respect for energy channeling. So let’s dive in!What is energy channeling? It is the incredible wisdom one has in connection with their own guides and ascended masters.In an energy channeling experience, your client is able to lean back and surrender, allowing the medicinal balm of your words to wash over them in the most delicious way.What is energy coaching? It is the intricate weaving together of the guidance, question asking and support of coaching while being plugged into the energy field.Energy coaches support their clients in being their own healers. They share what they may sense or see inside of the liminal space — but the real magic is what happens when the client shares what they are sensing and seeing and feeling. It is a supportive space where the client is a fully active participant. Oh no, it’s happening again. Your palms are sweating, your heart is racing, and there is this massive pit in your stomach. You can feel the words rising up within you…like they’re going to gush out of you whether you want them to or not. How do you stop it? How do you make your body settle? And keep your mouth shut cause you really don’t want to share what’s coming through even though your body says otherwise.Oh Starbeam, take a breath with me.
