Description

Welcome, my name is Kathy Washburn.

I grew up in the investment industry but shockingly never learned the importance of investing in myself.  This Podcast offers a myriad of less talked about ways that we can invest in ourselves - becoming more self aware, learning how to express our emotions, communicate clearly and connect on a deeper level with ourselves and other.  All to help reduce our risk of getting sick and recover more quickly when we do.

If you identify with Type C traits and behaviors such as people pleasing, supress your feelings and emotions to appease others, avoid conflict, deny your true feelings or put on a facade of pleasantness to keep the peace, this podcast will inspire you to take action and invest in clean emotional living. The paradox is when you transform these traits, you can live from the inside out (authentically!) and positively influence those in the circles you love, work and play in. And really, hasn't that been our intention all along!
