The word Apana is borrowed from the Sanskrit language & is used as your reminder to EXHALE.

It not only brings you back to your breath - but reminds you let go, to release, to de-stress. To calm down.

In stressful situations we all have the tendency to hold our breath. This causes the body to tense up.

I created Apana podcast to help people learn different ways that they can ground themselves in stressful situations & bring awareness back into their current experience.

Each episode holds a theme or concept I have learned through personal experience as a yoga teacher, personal trainer & as a human being living life.
