House of X Book Club

   Just when you thought it was safe to return to the pod, There's a rumble from the darkest corners of space and the world will never be the same! Or, you know, someone had too much Taco Bell.    But what an episode! We have Eric the Red, Nightcrawler the Blue, and a Widow the Black!     First up, we dive into X-Men 97. Eric the Red returns, and fight Cyclops, which is a little awkward. One, because that outfit leaves NOTHING to the imagination, and two, Scott Summers' multiple personalities are just tiring.  Our second read is Champions number three? Best thing about this one? It's the end of the story! I wonder if that weird harness makes Hercules' nipples chaff? Kitty get demoted, flirts with Chuck, fights a baddie, and gets reinstated to the X-Men. What a day!
