Way I see it, us and the Lions are brethren in our suffering. We beat up on them when they suck, but when they're winning, we're winning. That's just how it goes. When it comes to the Bears & the Packers it's a different story, but us and the Lions? We cool.
Frankly, the McHale Wolves years DETRACT from his Minn Rushmore case. Like, what are we talking about here? Put on Randy Moss, or Fran Tarkenton, or Joe Mauer, or hell, even KG himself! At least somebody who ACTUALLY had an impact on Minnesota sports, instead of just our one half-decent college prospect who came back to be a two-bit bridge coach for a few years.
