We talk about chronic inflammation.   Hugging releases endorphins in the brain, slowing heart rate and reducing stress and anxiety levels. But for some hugging is uncomfortable and stressful, we investigate why.    We can get so busy with our lives, with successes and yes failures, but underneath it all, are you taking care of yourself?  The wonderful thing about Tiiggers is Tiggers are a wonderful thing...their bouncey, trouncewy, ouncey, pouncey, fun -fun-fun.  Let’s talk about Rebounging.  Stop!
