Today it’s a solo episode. I’m walking you through my current morning and evening routine — the workouts, supplements, skincare, and tiny rituals that are helping me feel energized and actually keep up with life right now. From 6am workouts and homemade oat milk to the supplements I swear by, what I’m eating lately, and the wind-down routine that helps me sleep.I also get into mom life, how our family approaches routines with the kids, why I’m trying to simplify things instead of overcomplicate them, and a few thoughts on staying present while life moves way too fast.Produced by Dear MediaSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
This week I’m joined by nutritionist and metabolic expert Lauren Papanos to talk about hormones, metabolism, and why so many women feel like they’re doing everything right but nothing is working. We get into the real drivers behind weight plateaus, inflammation, and hormone imbalance- and why fasting, overtraining, and under-eating can backfire during our reproductive years.Lauren breaks down the hormones most doctors aren’t testing for, how minerals impact thyroid function, and what actually supports metabolism, fertility, and long-term hormone health. We also talk about strength training, carbs, and the lifestyle shifts that can make the biggest difference.Produced by Dear MediaSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

This week I sit down with Sheena Zadeh, the founder of Kosas, for one of the most grounding and inspiring conversations I’ve had. We talk about everything from intuition and motherhood to rebuilding your life after unimaginable loss.Sheena shares how Kosas was born from her own wellness journey, how becoming a mom shifted the way she executes and creates, and what it’s been like to rebuild her home and sense of safety after the LA fires. We get into leadership, creativity, skincare (her routine is shockingly simple), and what it means to stay connected to yourself even while running a rapidly growing company. This episode is emotional, honest, and full of the kind of wisdom that makes you breathe a little deeper. I walked away so inspired by Sheena’s resilience and clarity, and I think you will too.Produced by Dear MediaSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
Hi my loves!! In this solo, I’m opening up about something I’ve tiptoed around for years: how much I genuinely love being a mother. I talk about choosing joy over fear, parenting with intention, navigating privilege with humility, setting boundaries with Davide, reframing overwhelm, and the little mindset tricks that help me stay grounded- even on the days when Carlo is whining nonstop and Carmela can basically read my thoughts. This one is equal parts vulnerable, practical, and rooted in what’s brought me the most happiness: autonomy, mastery, and purpose. I hope you enjoy!! SOLO - New Year, New Me?

Hi! Here's a breakdown of the little cluster-fuck that was the start to my year, including the dog, incident, getting a minor lil surgery and what I learned from slowing down. I also answered some of your questions and went on a lil tagent about the importance of breaking up. Also I cry, duh. Produced by Dear MediaSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
I went into this interview a little nervous - because let’s be honest, Mariana van Zeller is famously serious. She interviews assassins, drug lords, traffickers, and people living in the darkest corners of the world. I was fully prepared for an intense, heavy conversation. Instead… we laughed. A lot. This episode ended up being funny, warm, surprising, and genuinely joyful - while still being jaw-dropping. Mariana shares what it was like moving to Syria right out of college to become a reporter, the surreal moments of being picked up in the middle of the night, blindfolded, and driven somewhere unknown, and an interview where she wasn’t allowed to bring a phone and had no idea where she was going. We also talk about the personal side of a life spent taking massive risks - how her husband and family support her completely, how she manages fear, and what it really takes to walk into dangerous spaces with empathy instead of ego. This conversation reminded me that the bravest people aren’t hardened - they’re human, curious, and often unexpectedly funny. Mariana is all of that and more, and this ended up being one of my favorite interviews I’ve ever done.Listen to Mariana's Podcast The Hidden Third HEREProduced by Dear MediaSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
This week, I’m sitting down with Lucy Goff, founder of LYMA, to talk about the science of longevity, beauty, and feeling good from the inside out. We get into her deeply personal journey - from a traumatic pregnancy and serious health challenges to building one of the most innovative wellness brands in the world. We talk cold laser technology, aging without fear, motherhood, boundaries, and why investing in yourself isn’t vanity - it’s survival. This conversation completely shifted how I think about beauty, healing, and what it really means to look (and feel) your best.Produced by Dear Media.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
I’m re-sharing one of my favorite episodes of Everything Is the Best, my conversation with Ky Dickens, because it still feels deeply important.Ky is a filmmaker and truth-seeker, and we talk candidly about power, influence, intuition, and what happens when trust is misplaced. This episode matters to me not just as a woman, but as a mother to a daughter with autism. It reminds me how essential it is to protect vulnerability, to listen closely, and to stay grounded in truth while still holding onto hope. This conversation stayed with me because it’s ultimately about clarity, agency, and believing yourself again. If you’re in a season of questioning, healing, or learning how to trust your inner voice, I hope this episode offers both perspective and hope.I’m really glad to share it again.Produced by Dear MediaSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Today I’m sharing some hot takes — something I never do, but fuck it! I get into a few recent online behaviors that have honestly made me so sad, an architectural epidemic (yes, you heard that right), and how much I truly love getting older. Also, it’s my birthday, so here’s a gentle reminder: you can politely disagree with me without trying to ruin my life. LOVE YOU!!Produced by Dear MediaSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
