Join us this month as we speak with newly published chiropractor, Dr JD Dudum, as we talk through how chiropractic can come through for (some, even many) people who wish to avoid spinal surgery. His recent paper, published in the Journal of Contemporary Chiropractic, talks about a non-surgical disc decompression success in a case that would have a lot of people feeling a bit nervy.
Dr Ben Coupe then joins us to tell us with Advanced Biostructural Correction Australasia has been up to, and we get into the nitty gritty of whether you can be a vitalistic chiropractor when you're dealing with biomechanics all day every day. You'll love this chat.

In this episode, we caught up with Professor Phillip Ebrall, editor of the Asia Pacific Chiropractic Journal, to talk about the power of accessible chiropractic research to empower new chiropractors in the majority world - that is, new and emerging chiropractors in India, Asia and Africa. Here, we talk about chiropractics offering as we move beyond the places where chiropractic is well-established and into places where it is so needed. We also touch on a big concept: quantum thinking and the vertebral subluxation.
We are then joined by the wonderful Cherine Lauer, who founded the CAAA (Chiropractic Assistants Association of Australia), to talk about how to get the whole practice talking chiropractic.

In this episode, we speak with Dr Helen Alevaki, prior chair of ACE Paediatrics, and recently appointed board member of the Australian Chiropractors Association about developing a family practice. Dr Helen skillfully takes us through the present challenges facing paediatric chiropractic care and busts some myths for us. Then we speak with the dynamic Dr Sarah Kotlerman from Washington's Averio Institute, about the 'doses' of care, or care frequency question that faces a lot of chiropractors.
Its a big episode! Enjoy! And as always, find out ways you can support chiropractic research at www.spinalresearch.com.au
In this special episode of the ASRF Research for Practice Podcast, we talk with Dr Matt Doyle - board member and the guy at the head of the research portfolio - about a study that recently landed in a reputable journal. This study seemed to have some big, detrimental claims to make and a solid study design. But did the conclusion it reached really hold up in a chiropractic context? Dr Matt took on this topic, and we got to talk about a vitally important topic for chiropractors and the people they care for: care frequency and the difference between specific adjustments and broader spinal manipulation.
