Since this season is all about bucket list adventures, I figured I would probably be doing you all a disservice if I didn't have an episode featuring Alaska and a few once-in-a-lifetime activities visitors can experience there. I mean, the amount of times I've heard, "My top bucketlist item is to visit Alaska" alone made this episode happen. So today I got the pleasure of having on Mandy Garcia from Salmon Berry Travel & Tours, a tour company in Anchorage, Alaska that gives guests the opportunity to experience dog sledding, glacier hiking, view the Northern lights, and more. If you're an Alaska fan or you're dying to go at some point in your life, then this episode is for you!
Join us as Hannah Snyman from White Shark Projects takes us on a dive into the world of great white sharks in Gansbaai, the great white shark capital of the world. Discover the exhilarating experience of cage diving, debunk common shark myths, and learn about the conservation efforts that help protect these big fish. This episode is a deep dive into the adrenaline-pumping waters of South Africa, offering a unique insight into one of nature's most formidable predators (and one of my biggest fears!).
If you couldn't already tell, this week's episode is all about MOUNT EVEREST!! I was honored to sit down and recently talk with Polish mountaineer Marta Misztal about her journey to the summit of the world's highest peak, and I have to tell you- I was both inspired and a little starstruck ๐คฉ. Marta shares the detailed steps of her climbing progression, from her first mountain to the intense preparation and gritty reality of scaling Everest, including encounters with the remains of past climbers. Tune in to hear how her vibrant personality and fierce determination carried her to the top of the world, and what it truly takes to conquer such a formidable bucketlist challenge.
Is skydiving at the top of YOUR bucket list? Roberta Mancino, a world record-breaking skydiver from Italy joins us on the first episode of the ADVENTURE SEASON (ahh!!) to share her journey from dreaming about skydiving to transforming it into a record-setting career. She also offers invaluable advice for thrill-seekers looking to tick skydiving off their bucket list. Whether you're a curious newcomer considering making the jump or you're interested in hearing about Roberta's unique experiences, this episode will have you ready to go on your next big adventure.

On this episode, we talk about the planning process while I planned a surprise bday weekend for Dorian with his best friends, his reaction to it, what he did over the weekend, and general tips for you to plan the same!
In true Halloween spirit, we bring to you this semi-scary, fully chaotic story about a guy and his friend traveling to a rock concert in Las Vegas. From someone finding a box cutter on their flight and causing an plane evacuation to meeting their strange and SUPER friendly Airbnb host who they were sharing a small house with and his other friend, this is a tale you donโt want to miss.
Ever been to London? No? ME NEITHER, but on this episode I discuss everything from English breakfast and Oxford University to Harry Potter with none other than our friend Dharm (who has, in fact, been to London). Dharm studied abroad in England for a couple weeks and heโs got the insight and humor to get your eye on London for your next trip (get it? London Eye pun๐).
Italy has always felt like the holy grail of countries; itโs painted as a destination with great food, wine, and peopleโฆ which makes a lot of us wonder- what would it be like to actually LIVE in Italy? On todayโs episode, my friend Emma comes on to talk about her experience studying abroad in Florence for 3 months. From money wiring to weekend jet-setting, this episode has everything you need to prepare for a longer stay in Italy and to give you a good laugh!
Have you ever planned the best vacation day EVER just for it to get ruined from some bad weather? Or maybe youโve rented a scooter in Indonesia just to get there and realize that you actually donโt know how to DRIVE a scooterโฆ or is that just me ๐. Regardless of the details, weโve all been there. Weโve all had an idea in our head of how a day will play out *we think and hope* and had it turn out the opposite. But for some reason, on vacation, it hits 10x worse. In this solo talk, I tell you guys alllll about some of my travel oopsies (some my fault, some the universeโs fault), how I learned to deal with them, and what to do the next time you find yourself in a situation you didnโt plan for.
PART THREE of our Italy saga: The Roman Experience !! Todayโs podcast wraps up the rest of the Italy trip with Callie & Dorian. We touch on everything from Da Micheleโs pizzeria in Naples (yes, from โEat, Pray, Love) and the 4 Roman pastas to visiting the Colosseum and getting a surprise lil tattoo in Trastevere. Oh and our one of our favorite days from the trip (hint hint: it involves LOTS of wine in Tuscany & a crate shipment ๐ญ๐คซ). Be ready for the inside SCOOP (Iโm sorry I had to throw in a gelato pun ๐จ).
GUESS WHAT TODAY ISโฆ itโs my 25th birthday!! On todayโs short solo chat, I recap my recent day trip to Pennsylvania for the famous Night Lights Event sky lantern festival. I also reflect on my first 25 years of life and give suggestions for finding day trips in your area. Oh, and I MIGHT give an extra entry code to anyone participating in my limoncello giveaway ๐ enjoy!
PART TWO, HERE WE GOOO!!! On this rare Thursday release, Callie, Dorian, and I discuss watching a near-death cliff experience, participating in a seaside watermelon party led by a chopping ninja, and a little lemon surprise. We also give an honest rating for the Amalfi Coast & some tips to help you plan your own Italian beach experience.
ITS FINALLY HERE!! Todayโs episode is a two-parter where Dorian, Callie, and I finally get to share with you all the details of our trip to the Amalfi Coast: the crazy times, the worth it experiences, and letโs face it- some downright FAILS (lol). We dive into our honest opinions of the famous city Positano, our favorite foods, and recommendations for any people out there with this beautiful destination on their bucket list. We also talk a LOT, laugh, reminisce on some memories only people who have been friends forever can understand, interrupt each other, and have a BLAST. So listen up, take some mental notes, and live vicariously through our former Italian alter egos!
Since I was 17, Iโve idolized travel influencers. Specifically, the influencers you see on Instagram in those jaw dropping locations that you didnโt even know existed, clad in stunning clothing, on what seems to be the most amazing trip of their lives. For years I created content mimicking this, trying to create the same effect-but guess what? Some changes are underway. On this episode, I discuss some recent revelations I had while creating content in Italy and I make a new promise to you, my beloved audience, with the hopes of shining a light on carefully curated content and itโs affects.
Wondering who the other twin is? Well in todayโs episode youโre not only going to meet my twin Ryan, but youโre also going to be able to hear from an experienced accountant about budgeting, how our financials looked when we started traveling, and many many funny stories along the way.
Donโt worry, donโt worryโฆ I know you know how to get on a plane and book an Airbnb; thatโs not what Iโm talking about in this episode. This episode is about the top 11 quick things you can do to make your life easier when traveling, especially internationally. Iโm talking apps to download so you donโt have to wait in the customs line, travel visa tips, and even sharing a crazy story I heard from the news about clearing out your car of certain items when parking at the airport. You donโt want to miss it ๐
On todayโs episode Iโm joined by Amy and Landon, two of my favorite 7-year-olds, to discuss the reality of traveling as a kid. From honest reviews of Disney World to great guesses on how much traveling actually costs, this is an episode sure to entertain (and maybe even make you laugh a little)!
We see hundreds of well-curated photos on Instagram and Facebook every single day, and we wonder: are any of these experiences ACTUALLY as amazing as they look in the pictures? While many arenโt and are simply the culprit of exceptional editing skills, a handful actually are- and thatโs what Iโm here to talk about today! On this episode, weโre diving into a discussion about experiences that are as fantastic as they look, and I explain the experiences Iโve done firsthand.
