Happy New Year goddesses! One of the biggest resolutions that people have every year is to get that body moving! But where do you start? Where do you go? Do you need a trainer? What's the best fitness regimen to adopt? How do I keep it going all year long? So many questions, and I have the answers for you. Let's start together, goddesses. Health & Wellness is so important, so let's make it a priority and get moving this year!
We're at the end of the year, and it's time to celebrate all our highs from the last year, and prepare for another amazing year to come! But it's also important to give yourself a moment to reflect over the last year, what you've learned, how you've grown, what worked, what didn't work, what you would've done differently. Without this reflection, you won't be able to move forward into a successful New Year. In this episode, I'm going to help you shed what's needed and leave it in 2025, and build on everything to be the best version of yourself you can in the new year.
