We got the third hour started with Mr Mikes Kind of Easy Trivia. What an unbelievable performance today.   It was then time for Three Questions Too Many presented by Park Mazda.   Ryan Rishaug was the final insider on today's show. He gave us a full update on his trip in Italy and told us what that whole experience was like. We then got into some hockey Olympic discussion, he gave his thoughts on the team and shared why he thinks they were good enough to win. It was time to shift gears to the Oilers as they were relatively busy over the break. He touched on Paul Coffey being back behind the bench and what to expect from Connor McDavid after losing another tough game.   Dusty then joined us from Mexico, he gave us an update on how the trip is going thus far.   The boys finished off the show with The Wrap from William Huff! 
Jamie McLennan was the first guest on today's show. He started off with some Olympic discussion, touched on Connor Hellebuyck's game of his life for the Americans, he then shared his thoughts on 3-on-3 overtime and where Canada's goalies ranks in the entire world. The Oilers back in action tonight and being a former goalie we wanted to get his thoughts on who should start in net for the Oilers going forward. He finished with his thoughts on yesterday's trade.   It was then time for the Play Alberta Early Bird Bet of the day.   After the break, we got into some Free Advice for Damon Bunting. The boys game some amazing advice today. This brought us to the end of the hour.
The Oilers are back and we're here to talk about it! You've got another dose of Hernan Salas and Joaquin Gage coming your way this fine Wednesday morning as Dusty and Lt. Eric are still away on vacation.   We start the show with great vibes, lots of laughs and some Morning Announcements to recap everything that transpired last night in the world of sport.   After the break, we got into MMMMMM That's Good presented by The Italian Centre Shop. What's good today? Is that hockey is back baby. We tee'd up tonight's game between the Oilers and Ducks. This brought us to the end of the hour.
We got the third hour started with Mr Mikes Kind of Easy Trivia. He did his victory lap as USA won gold in this year's tournament. Touched on Bill Guerin's construction of this roster. We got into some of the heat certain Americans are taking after the win… we then switched gears to some NHL talk. Who has the most pressure for the Oilers going forward and will McDavid ever be able to win.   LTE then joined us from Mexico, he gave us an update on how the trip is going thus far and his thoughts on yesterdaty's crushing loss.    The boys finished off the show with The Wrap from William Huff! 
Craig Button was the first guest on today's show. It was all Olympics discussion with Craig. He gave his thoughts on team Canada and how they played, whether or not McDavid has was it takes to win and who he thought deserved to win the gold. Enough with the Olympic talk, time for some Oilers discussion. He touched on Paul Coffey getting back behind the bench. He finished with who he think has the most pressure going forward…   It was then time for the Play Alberta Early Bird Bet of the day.   After the break, it was time to confess. Some great confessions from the boys today. We finished hour two by getting Fired Up for Gemco Fireplaces. What fires up the boys today, is looking ahead to team Canada's potential roster in 2030.

What does this mean to Americans, what's next for hockey in the states? Jessi had all the answers.
We are back with another edition of The Nielson Show and we wish we had great news to discuss. But unfortunately the men's hockey team was unable to come away with a gold in yesterday's game against the Americans. We do have some good news though, as Hernan Salas and Joaquin Gage are stepping in for both Dusty and Lt. Eric while they are in Mexico. We start the show by recapping the weekend, went around the room and immediately got into yesterday's gold medal game.  After the break, we got into some McDavid conversation. Do he have the 'it' factor, does he have what it takes to win? The boys discussed.  We finished off hour one with our good, bad and ugly from the weekend.

New father, Chris Johnston was the first guest on today's show. He gave us an update on what being a father is like and then it was all hockey talk. He touched on Crosby getting injured, how close Canada was to losing, Czechia having six players on the ice, how clutch Binnington is, and finished with his thoughts on Paul Coffey being back behind the Oilers bench.   It was then time for the Play Alberta Early Bird Bet of the day.   We then gave our beefs on this very beefy morning!   Reid Wilkins capped off hour two with his thoughts on his performance from this weeks draft, yesterday's Canada win over Czechia and then finished with his thoughts on the women's team facing the Americans for gold later today.

Craig was the first guest on today's show… kind of. We were able to get some of his thoughts on the Olympics thus far before his internet died. We talked some curling controversy and then both mens and women's hockey.   It was then time for the Play Alberta Early Bird Bet of the day.   In the middle of hour two, we got into Weekly Confessions for Spectrum Rent All.
