We got the third hour started with Mr Mikes Kind of Easy Trivia. It was then time for Three Questions Too Many presented by Park Mazda. Don't blink, you might miss it! Near the end of hour two we got into The Orange & Blue Breakfast presented by GCL Diesel to tee up tonight's battle of Alberta! The boys finished off the show with The Wrap from William Huff!
All sorts of Oilers talk at the top of hour two. We started with Dusty listing off his best trade options the Oilers and the boys and nasties gave their thoughts. It was then time for the Play Alberta Early Bird Bet of the day. After the break we got into Weekly Advice for Damon Bunting. Plenty of good advice from the boys today. Eric Macramalla stopped by with all sorts of stuff to discuss. We talked some puck, some basketball and football!
Well that sucked. The Oilers go 4 & 4 on their eight game home stand after falling to the Maple Leafs 5-2. We start today's show by playing some jingles, trying to get the nasties in as good of mood as possible for today's show. We then dove into Morning Announcements to recap all that transpired last night in the world of sport. After the break, we got right into The Prolux Lighting Morning After Show! In this segment, we took a deep dive into last night's game. What was the key moment, what the super stat and who were the fourth and 38th stars… To finish off hour one, we heard from Knoblauch after yesterday's loss.

Craig Button was the first guest on today's show. He gave his initial thoughts on what the Oilers need the most. Some help on the backend or and fix in the bottom six. He also shared his thoughts on where a potential Artemi Panarin destination could be. The Leafs are in town tonight so he gave us his thoughts on where this team is and where they're headed. He finished with a Super Bowl prediction. It was then time for the Play Alberta Early Bird Bet of the day. After the break we got into Weekly Confessions from Spectrum Rent All! What are the boys confessing today? To finish off hour two we got Fired Up for Gemco Fireplaces. Today, YTT is fired up and Dusty FINALLY brought him the hard copies of Arlington Road and The Big Lebowski!
We are back with another edition of The Nielson Show coming at you this fine Tuesday morning and we've got an Oilers game to preview on today's show as the Edmonton Oilers welcome in the Toronto Maple Leafs. We start the show today by playing all sorts of tunes starting the Leafs rap song. We then got right into The Morning Announcements to recap all the action last night in the NHL. After the break, the fellas gave another legendary rendition of Tales of The North as the Oilers welcome in the Leafs. We did eclipse 150 likes in the 6 o'clock hour, so we played another YouTube Trev banger about his championship over the weekend. Huge shoutout to Koskinen for putting this together. We finished hour one with some Artemi Panarin discussion.

He also touched on whether or not he thinks Calvin Pickard will be claimed off waivers. This week will be the Olympic Trade Freeze, he shared whether or not he thinks there will be any movement before the Olympic break. We'll start off today's show by recapping everyone's weekend, Dusty will highlight his first ever boy's trip with Marshall, then of course Lt. Eric and YTT will touch on their weekends as we had The Second Annual EST Funspiel in which lots of fun was had! Morning Announcements was the first segment we hit on today's show to recap everything that transpired in the world of sport. The CFL tampering window is well on its way and that's what the boys discussed in the middle of the first hour. To finish off hour one, we gave our good, our bad and ugly from the weekend.

He then gave us his thoughts on what the vibe is like in Toronto as they continue to struggle, some injury news and all the latest on Artemi Panarin's current situation. What's good today is was the Australian Open's semifinal matches and the Scotties tournament of hearts! Mike Garafolo was able to join the boys despite being at the airport. It's speculated that Roslovic is being rumoured to sign around 4 years in Edmonton… Noodles touched on this and finished with his thoughts on what the heck is going on in Toronto. We tee'd up this weekends Funspiel, YTT went to the doctors and Dusty teased the nasties about something he will do for the first time in his life… More on this later in the hour. After the first break, we heard another Dusty, YTT original. This was called 'The Watch' in honour of YouTube Trev's first ever watch he got last week. To cap off hour two, we talked some Oilers.
