Week 1 of the new nVision & nHance coaching programme and they’ve come with some cracking questions. We cover: disliking calorie tracking, strength training at home, healthy snacks, late night sugar cravings, recovering from sickness, fluid retention and bloating, eating out and socialising, meal timings, becoming a morning person, are home cooked meals best, eating for endurance sport and not seeing food as a reward.
Following a question for a new client of mine, I wanted to share my thoughts of goal setting. It’s not all about hitting big outcomes based goals, sometimes just a direction of travel is needed. Stop letting your goals stump your progress and feel free to dial up and down your efforts based on your values.
It’s our first Q&A session with my brand new intake of nVision & nHance clients. Over the next 8 weeks will be progressing with lots of health and fat loss goals. Questions this week covered; When and how to eat around sport and exercise? Why you shouldn’t exercise too much. Why missing some workouts is more a mental not physical problem. When and how to use protein powder. Why the scales fluctuate so much.
Covering client questions on navigating the transition from calorie counting to not and learning that the secret to fat loss isn’t in a specific recipe but the nutritional content, enjoyment and consistency of your calorie intake.
Having returned from a holiday myself and so many clients preparing for their holidays, this episode looks at all aspects of holidays. From choosing the right type of holidays, deciding if you want to continue with your goals, navigating the all inclusive buffet and how to feel confident in that swimwear. We cover it all.
Weekly Q&A for my online coaching clients and anyone else wanting to learn! Big topic today was all about motivation but also delved into ab workouts, cardio for fat loss and resting heart rates.
