Porscha Newton joined me to chat about feminine energy, dating, and loving yourself and your life so deeply you aren't willing to abandon your own desires for a chance at love.
Porscha helps women heal their worthiness wounds and expand their vision of what's possible in the realm of love.

Teri is an author, TedX speaker, and photographer who has done the deep work of finding herself, and passing those skills along to her clients.
Teri and I talked about body image, The Geode Theory, and what it's been like reclaiming girlhood. We lean into the woo, weird, and the fun. Embracing pink, dressing like a cabbage patch kid, and just learning to LIKE who you are and how you're showing up.
Fill your cup, find your waterfall, and reclaim your girlhood!

Amy McGann, the amazingly badass woman behind Unbridled Form, joined me on Get Naked to chat about the vulnerability of creativity, living your most authentic life, and really taking ownership for the story of your life.
Amy's the kind of woman that follows her heart, in her own life, and the way she guides her clients in her branding business. Her voice and ability to get to the depths of what people are ACTUALLY doing really spoke to me. Because here's the thing, your business usually isn't about your business. Just like my photography business isn't about pictures - it's about creating a safe space for someone to be their most authentic selves and see how beautiful that is.
She's one of those babes that just gets it, the deep meaning of what we're doing here - striving for connection. I can't wait for you to hear this episode. I already know you're going to love it.
Joelle Reyes from Beyond the Weights joined me to talk about bodies and healing journeys, friendships and vulnerability. This is one of my favorite conversations on the podcast, one that left me feeling so lit up about the women in this world!
Joelle explained the way she moved from being a personal trainer to more of a holistic coach. The difference between training from a place of self hate and moving your body from love. Her coaching really focuses on fitness outside of the extremes that influencers encourage.
Joelle is NOT about weight loss at any cost and helps guide people with sustainability through self love and respect, because your body is your home. She's been on a big personal healing journey and she's passing that along to her clients.
We talk about her journey into authenticity, the risks, the friendship break ups, the new friendships. And most importantly, building a dream like that's in alignment with what you actually want. We talked about healing in isolation vs healing in connection, and how hard it I can be making friends in adulthood. Especially with ingrained fears of being vulnerable or "too much."
We touch on her real thoughts about body building - the ways it disconnects you from your body and emotions. And her shift into more somatic healing. We toss around the dichotomy of discipline and freedom, and her search for what she calls SOULFUL FREEDOM.
Kiana Del Viscovo joined me on Get Naked to talk about all things boudoir, bodies, and the bitchy voice in your brain.
As a fellow boudoir photographer, she knows how scary it is for our clients to step in front of the camera. We chitchatted about the bravery and trust it takes, as well as the amazing ways WE are able to see other women.
We divert into the world of fitness, where Kiana really found a home after 2 surgeries from a dance injury. She divulges the difficulties of moving through life, all the "why's" and the "what if's" when your body is failing you, and how she bounced back into a world of helping others.
You can find Kiana on IG at @boudoirbyk
Kierra Josette (one of my besties, my business mentor, and the marketing machine herself) joined me on the podcast to talk about anything and everything under the sun.
Deciding her motherhood journey was best suited to one kid, her post partum journey, and finally getting back to herself.
We went woo, talking about astrology and living in the land of delulu - decidedly the best way to approach reality! Trusting in Divine timing, being able to dream bigger, and the amount of self trust it takes to manifest what you really want.
Impact has always been her mission, whether it's through her photography, her marketing, messaging, or money frequency healing. I can't wait for you to hear this!
Melody Champion is a Liberating Love coach. She stopped by to talk about parts work (Internal Family Systems) in traumatic situations, and her climb out of a victim mentality into radical responsibility for her life. She opens up about her spiritual journey and the wisdom she's gained about her own light and shadows - calling EVERYTHING happening within us is simply love trying to express itself.
You can find Melody online at MelodyChampion.com and on Instagram @melody.liberatinglove
World traveler, Creator, Author, and my long time friend Danie Blum joined me on the podcast all the way from Portugal. We had a great time reminiscing, talking about growing into yourself and a bit about relationships.
But mostly we talked about how wonderfully the Divine moves to open up doors once you've decided you want something, manifesting - if you will, and the art of trusting and saying yes. Danie recounts travel stories and offers safe travel tips, how to decide when and where to go, and leaning into connection.
We also get into her creative works and acknowledging the pulls of being multi-passionate. Find her planners (which are perfect for those of us with ADHD) and all of the information you'd want and need about her and her upcoming novel here: https://beacons.ai/iamdanielleblum
My friend Kara from Deja Revel Boudoir popped in to talk to me about our boudoir business, ALL things motherhood, how she dealt with post partum depression, and "bounced back" after remembering how damn hot she is through a self-portrait practice.
We discuss the importance of filling your own cup, feeling good in your ever-changing body, and my own personal conspiracy theory on why women's sizing is such a shit show.
Join us for the laughs and revelations.
My friend Karen stopped by to talk about what it's like raising daughters while on a journey of healing your body image, what's changed from when we grew up, and the beautiful things she's doing to make sure her girls know who they are.
TW: Physical Intimate Partner Violence.
My friend Jaclyn stopped by the studio to talk about some deep experiences, how to spot a cycle of abuse, and how she's healing and transmuting the pain and rage of her own situation into a beautiful message.
Please don't be afraid to reach out if you or someone you love is in a violent situation. Talk to a therapist or call the National Domestic Violence Hotline: 800-799-7233
My lifelong friend Christine stopped by to chat about her life in the cannabis industry, being honest and in tune with yourself, parenthood, and healing both mentally and physically. We tap into business ownership, and harnessing your "you" in everything you do. And acknowledge that how comfortable you feel in your body can have a lot to do with who's around you.
Find your people, love them, and let them love you.
And for all questions cannabis, hit up Christine on IG @gamezmama
Rebecca Steward joined me for a conversation about movement, body image in the fitness professional space, and what it's like getting used to a changing body.
Find her on IG @rebeccastewart.co
Sean stopped by to discuss style vs. fashion, using style as armor, how to make shopping easier, and creating your personal style through self-kindness and discernment. All by figuring out what it is you like, and WHY you like it!
Kimm from Whyld Beauty Co sat down with me and we talk everything from business ownership, starting businesses, relationships, and surrounding yourself with GOOOOOD women.
My best friend and resident "oh fuck, help me through this" gal sat down with me to talk about HOW to feel your feelings, and how actually sitting in the uncomfortableness can ease your fears, worries, and distrust of your body image.
She's got actionable tips, and a million wonderful analogies to put it all in perspective.
Is sitting in the shitty feelings terrible? It can be, but EMOTIONS pass through you in 90 seconds IF YOU LET THEM.
Remove yourself from your thought process and allow yourself to be a witness to what's going on in your head.
And don't you dare be afraid to talk to someone about what's going on up there!
You can find Molly on Psychology Today as well as at Olive Branch Therapeutics.
This one is deep, friends. We talk about the affects of SA and Narcissistic Abuse on our body image, and self image as a whole.
Katherine is a spiritual tattoo artist, makeup artist, and co-owner of Dark Willow Emporium, a spiritual shop in Carson City, NV. She graciously stopped by and stepped deep into vulnerability with me to tell her story, and ask questions about mine.
We dive into what it feels like to be trapped in these abusive situations, the mental toll they take, and how to come back to yourself once you're free.
Katherine's biggest tip? Find out who you are and what you like, and begin living as authentically as possible. From what you do, to what you wear, to how you respond to requests. Authenticity is the key to feeling like your best self.
Stephanie and her husband own my favorite nipple pasties company, Pastease. We start the call talking with how Pastease came to be and their most recent rebrand, which focuses on women's empowerment and acceptance of their bodies. They've always expressed a desire for women to feel comfortable and powerful in their bodies, but they've upped the ante as Stephanie's realized she doesn't need to teach the women wearing Pastease to raves how to feel comfy with themselves. She doesn't need to teach the people using Pastease in intimate settings howe to embrace and explore their bodies.
She's ready to teach every day women how powerful, sensual, and GOOD they can feel, wearing Pastease to clean their bathrooms. Or relighting a spark in a partnership. Or just to be comfortable with the way their own unrestricted body moves. Because when women feel free to be THEMSELVES in their own body, the world is truly a better place.
Stephanie relays how she's been able to speak to ravers and church goers alike through her product. And we touch on how her kids have grown up in their business, learning respect for women and people beyond their bodies.
And her big tip? Treat yourself and speak to yourself like you would your dog, with love and kindness. If you wouldn't say the things you're saying to yourself to any other living thing... it's time to rethink your mindset.
