Joining them on the mic this week is AFL Icon, Doug Hawkins. Dougy, or Hawk as he's known (and hilariously refers to himself in 3rd person), is one of the greats of the game. A legend of the Footscray Football Club, playing 350 games (21 for Fitzroy), he was a club captain, best and fairest and 2x State representative. He was a beautifully balanced footballer, blessed with first class skills and poise, he was quick, strong and tenacious, so much so that they named a wing after at the Whitten Oval.
Off the field, Hawk is known as a jovial larrikin, his fun, energy and zest for life has made him one of the most cherished characters within the AFL community. Of course, every persons story has its peaks and valleys, Doug is no exception, from being shown the door at his beloved Bulldogs, to growing up on the rough streets of Braybrook, his journey and subsequent approach to life is something to be admired. It was our pleasure talking footy and life with the Hawk.

Beyond this, John also completed at 2x Olympic Games (where he won a bronze medal), has been the president of Swimming Australia, started numerous, highly successful businesses in engineering and media, and has been Chair of the Sport Australia Hall of Fame Board since 2005. Anyone who has been lucky enough to spend some time with John, fully understands why success is cultivated wherever he goes. He's a master in the psychology of leadership and high performance, a true gentleman and, undoubtably, an Australia legend. We thank John for his time.

Joining them on the mic this week is Australian radio personality, Tom Elliott. Tom has been broadcasting on radio for almost 30 years, from short finance reports to now one of most coveted and respected roles in Melbourne radio, Mornings on 3AW. Without exaggeration, Tom is one of the smartest men we have ever met, with a background in Finance and education at Melbourne University and Oxford, his credentials and experience back it up. His range of knowledge is exceptional and his ability to articulate complex information and dissect political, cultural and popular topics to his audience is unmatched. He's real, he's honest and above all else, he's a ripper guy. We thank Tom for his time.

This week Brian and Harrison kick things off with some general chit-chat, they discuss; Brian's hilarious appearnce on 'The Front Bar', Brownlow predictions, the podcasts 2-year anniversary, 'CHAT-BT' and plenty more.
Joining them on the mic this week is Jackson Warne. Jackson is the son of Aussie icon, Shane Warne - arguably Australia's greatest ever cricketer and the greatest spin-bowler of all-time (in our opinion), he revolutionised the way the sport was played on the field and was loved by fans for how he carried himself off it. Shane tragically passed away in early 2022, leaving behind his 3 children (Brooke, Jackson and Summer) and the cherished memories held by millions of adorning sports fans across the world.
Conscious that Jackson is very much his own man and is paving his own path, we did our best to strike the balance between celebrating Shane's life and getting to know Jackson. Just like his dad, he can tell a story and has plenty of his own! We were blown away by Jackson's humility, perspective, charm and very warm nature, we thank him for his time and we are grateful for his honesty in opening about his dad, a duly missed Australian character. Rest in peace Shane.

This week Brian and Harrison kick things by working through some various items, they discuss; Greg Swann's appointment to the AFL, the Charlie Curnow's buzz, more AFL fixture confusion, an update on BT's projects (Ryan's Shed approaching completion and a discussion around a new project where Brian plans to dig a tunnel with is bare hands). Finally they respond to a farming inspired a 'CHAT-BT'.
Joining them on the mic this week is former AFL star, Isaac Smith. Isaac, is one of the most successful players of our time, 4x Premierships and a Norm Smith Medal (best player in the Grand Final), not to mention the a Runner-Up in a Grand Final and a couple of Prelims, not bad for a kid that wasn't drafted until he was almost 22.
Born in country NSW, with strong family values, a great sense of humour and a level of intellect that demands respect, from listening to this podcast, you'll learn quickly that Isaac is more than just a champion footballer, he's a deep thinker, he's open-minded, he has compassion and he knows how to have fun and bring others along for the ride. It was our pleasure talking footy and life with this first-rate bloke.

Joining them on the mic this week is sheep farmer, Duncan Barber. Duncan is a 4th generation wool grower from Metcalfe, VIC. Along with his wife (Jess) and son (Jack), they run and own their own operation consisting of over 15,000 Merino sheep across 10,000(+) acres. It is just the 3 of them and times are tough, the Barber's along with many across rural VIC are facing one of the harshest droughts on record. This conversation covers all things farming; the relationship with the land and livestock, the gear, the community, the conditions, the lifestyle, the business and much more. Plus, how the current drought and droughts of years gone by have effected the individuals, the community and the industry.
What stood out most in the chat is Duncan's character, he's a farmer through and through, he's a realist but he's optimistic, he's empathetic and compassionate but his will is as strong as you'll find. We thank Duncan and the many farmers across our great country who are a vital piece in the fabric of what makes Australia, Australia, they don't do it for the spoils, they don't do it for the recognition, they do it because they love it.

First up, BT and Harrison are joined by Brian's youngest son, Jesse and friend of the show 'Rocky'. Next, BT and Harrison are joined by CEO of the Riddell District Football & Netball League, Jordan Doyle. This is a conversation that covers all things local footy and netball; the influence it has on the community, the health of regional / metro leagues, the challenges that teams and leagues face, the importance of volunteers and much more. We thanks Jordan for his time.

This week Brian and Harrison kick things off with some of the usual chit-chat, they discuss; BT's mid-season getaway to Port Douglas, they review Jay-Z's top 50 AFL players, Tom Lynch's suspension, the SCG surface and plenty more.
Joining the boys this week is former AFL player, Heath Shaw. Heater as he's known, is an iconic character of our game, always at the centre of a good time but as hard working as they come. He grew up in a famous Collingwood family, so it was inevitable that he would land at the Pies, the club where he played in the 2010 premiership. Later in his career, he moved to GWS, where he amassed 2x All-Australian's and retired after 325 memorable games. Infamous for some of his off-field antics, he was an active member of Collingwood's 'Rat Pack', a group of players that expressed their colourful personalities with great pride, in an era of football where unique characters were few and far between.
In the 2010 Grand Final replay, Heath performed an act that is etched in footy folklore, an act of pure desperation, an act that changed the game and the course of history, we're talking about a 'Smother like no other', a smother that has made him a legend. So legendary in fact, that Toyota has honoured it by dubbing it their latest 'Legendary Moment'.

This week Brian and Harrison kick things off with some of the usual chit-chat, they discuss; 'Chocco' (survey comp. winner) coming to pick up sticks in Lorne, the AFLs sale of Waverley Park, AFL State of Origin (again), the NBA Finals, Tour de France predictions, 'CHAT-BT' and plenty more.
Joining them on the mic this week is Australia's greatest and most decorated cyclist of all-time, Cadel Evans. Simply put, Cadel epitomises the unrelenting Aussie grit and grind character that so many world class Australian athletes are known for. His path to success was met with countless obstacles and setbacks, but through extreme determination, attention to the details and immense self-belief, he 'climbed the mountain', so to speak on countless occasions.
His 20 year career on the bike (both Mountain and Road) is something to behold, from the youngest winner of a MTB World Cup race to the oldest post-war winner of the Tour de France (1 of 3 non-Europeans), he's filled his trophy cabinet: UCI World Race Champion, 4x Olympian, 2x World MTB Champ., 2x Tour de France Runner-Up and I can go on, but above all else, Cadel has an immense level of respect and admiration from his peers and is a true Australian treasure.
He was counted out and overlooked on numerous occasions and competed in one of cycling's darkest periods, but he always stayed his course and remained a man of extreme integrity and commendable willpower. We loved this chat with Cadel and we hope you do as well!

This week Brian and Harrison kick things off by chatting about Brian’s recent arm surgery and how little care and sympathy he’s been receiving from his nearest and dearest. The surgery reignited his love of anesthetics and having a nurse to hail at any moment. They also discuss a few footy topics and have a round of 'CHAT-BT'.
Joining them on the mic this week is Derek Hine. Derek is one of the most highly respected recruiters in the AFL, contributing to Collingwood Football Club’s impressive list for the past 21 years, culminating in two premierships and several grand final appearances. This week Brian and Harrison kick things of with some footy chat, they cover; State of Origin footy, the Front Bars 'Team of Tradies; (which BT features in), plus, 'CHAT-BT'.
Next, the boys are joined by radio presenter and the unofficial 'Queen of Melbourne', Jacqui Felgate. A journalist by trade, Jacqui has been providing Melburnians with the news as it unfolds, and we have come to love her unfiltered and authentic approach to sharing stories. Across her career, she has been extremely successful in conveying her information across an array of mediums, including print with the Herald Sun, on the TV news desk with Seven and Nine, and more, recently on radio with 3AW as the host of their weekday afternoon/drive program, 'Drive with Jacqui'. She has also become an integral source of information for the city of Melbourne across social media, where, as the kids would say, her Instagram account 'pops off'.
BT and Jacqui met and grew a friendship when Jacqui was working as a host and presenter for Seven's AFL coverage, she is a very caring, humble, 'no non-sense' operator and we absolutely loved chatting with her. We hope you enjoy.

This week Brian and Harrison kick things off by paying tribute to both Adam Selwood and Robert Walls, the death of both have rocked the AFL community - we send our deepest condolences to their families.
They also touch on; BT's movement over Sir Doug Nichols Round, Andrew Bogut entering the International Basketball Hall of Fame and finally, they introduce 'CHAT-BT'.
Next, the boys are joined by Jonathan Brown. Browny is an Australian rules football legend, beloved media personality and one of the most celebrated players in the game, he's a 3x Premiership player, 2x All-Australian, 3x Brisbane B&F, Coleman medalist, Brisbane captain and a member of the AFL Hall of Fame. Put simply, this man is one of the greats, not just as an athlete but he's also one of the most-liked people in the industry, a guy that everyone wants to have a beer with, and if you're lucky enough to experience it, it's something you'd never forget. As a player he was ferociously competitive, brave and as hard-working as they come, he was always the loyal team man, valuing group achievements over the many individual accolades he received.
Along with his great on-field achievements, he has also paved a prominent role within the AFL media; he's a key member of the Fox Footy commentary team as well as on the weekly program 'On the Couch', along with his successful podcast 'Browny's Podcast' with Campbell Brown. He also spent several years co-hosting NOVA 100's Melbourne breakfast show. We hope you enjoy!
