Also, let's dust off an old conversation we haven't had in awhile...Jokic isn't going to win MVP. It'll go to SGA, Luka, or Wemby before it goes to him. Which is crazy because Jokic is putting up MONSTER numbers this season, and yet his name isn't even mentioned in the MVP conversation. Not one peep. Back to sports...the Avs keep winning and the Dallas Stars keep losing. They have a 7-point lead over Dallas in the standings with a game in hand. If they win a few more games, you can put it on the backburner and rest guys down the stretch. That should be the only goal. Mack, Landy, Cale, and Marty Nachos shouldn't have to play in the last 4 games or so.

Consistently, the Nuggets struggle to close out winnable games down the stretch. It's a problem we've seen time and time again. In the loss, Nathan MacKinnon was assessed a game misconduct for goalie interference and ejected from the game late in the 2nd period. But he didn't intentionally slam into the goalie. He was very clearly shoved into him by Darnell Nurse. I guess the NHL and the Ref saw it differently.14:54 - Bam Adebayo scored 83 points last night, officially passing Kobe Bryant's 81-point game. The only player who's scored more points in a single game is Wilt the Stilt with 100. But here's the thing...Bam's 83 points feels like a sham. Bam's a scam.
