Sam and Jack are back after Game 5 of the NBA Finals between the Boston Celtics and the Golden State Warriors. The Celtics are now down 3-2 heading into Game 5 and it was more of the same in Game 5. Turnovers, missed free throws, and sloppy offense. The guys discuss the low bar Boston has set for themselves and do some more ranting in regard to their consistently inconsistent play. Still, though, hope is not lost. Let us know your thoughts, and as always, thanks for listening to From the Rafters! Sam and Jack are back after Game 4 of the NBA Finals, where the Boston Celtics fell to the Golden State Warriors, 107-97. It was a brutal finish to an otherwise solid game for the Celtics, as the Warriors stormed ahead in the fourth quarter. Despite Jaylen Brown's solid night, Jayson Tatum continued to struggles, and the Celtics' shooters went cold in the final moments of the game. Meanwhile, Stephen Curry balled out. Sam and Jack are back after Game 2 of the NBA Finals, where the Boston Celtics got stomped by the Golden State Warriors. Boston fell into the old turnover trap and also let the officials get under their skin. They're leaving San Francisco tied 1-1, but Game 2 was an ugly one. Draymond Green got in their head and had his way with the Celtics (and the refs). Needless to say, the guys were not happy. Sam and Jack are back after Game 5 of the Boston Celtics' Eastern Conference Finals series against the Miami Heat. The Celtics are noe up 3-2 and will be looking to close things out at TD Garden in Game 6. Boston turned things around in a big way in Game 5, as did Jaylen Brown. With the way they've been playing, if they put in the effort, they should win the series, the guys argued. They control their own destiny. Later on, the guys break off from the C's to discuss a funny tidbit about Jayson Tatum and the Philadelphia 76ers, as well as Zion Williamson's injury news. Sam and Jack are back after Game 1 of the Boston Celtics' series against the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals. The Celtics were the better team for three quarters, but Miami blew them out of the water in the third quarter, 39-15. That one collapse was enough to cost them the game, so the guys discuss what went wrong. They also get into potential adjustments for the series moving forward, Jaylen Brown's and Jayson Tatum's poor play, and Jimmy Butler's amazing performance. They also touch on the absences of Marcus Smart and Al Horford, as well as when both could potentially return. Let us know your thoughts, and as always, thanks for listening to From the Rafters! Sam and Jack are back after Game 7 of the Boston Celtics' second-round series against the Milwaukee Bucks. The Celtics are going to the Eastern Conference Finals! Grant Williams (yes, GRANT WILLIAMS) led the team in scoring with 27 points en route to a 33-point C's victory. He was amazing, Marcus Smart played great, Jayson Tatum did his job, and everything came together beautifully. The guys broke it all down, and Jack was able to get his Grant Williams agenda out there again. The agenda lives on! They then spent the latter half of the show breaking down Boston's upcoming series against the Miami Heat. Let us know your thoughts, and as always, thanks for listening to From the Rafters!
