I do not recommend this particular episode. I found that this guest speaker, Taylor, was so negative. Instead of giving good practical tips, she spends her time bashing the system, which is not helpful for a first time mom who might already be feeling anxious about giving birth for the first time. Do yourself a favor and skip this episode, which will just put you down.
