After struggling with Coeliac disease from childhood, as a self confessed introvert, Jen converted to extrovert through various life experiences which also led to organising group hikes. She now organises hikes across the UK, one bringing in over 90 people. This combined with a newfound love for Muay Thai has transformed Jen's confidence and lifestyle.
Marie Wemme is an outdoor adventurer who has just completed her fifth Camino de Santiago route. After being inspired by a book on the pilgrimage fourteen years ago, her latest expedition was over 2,500 km long. Stretching from Munich in Germany to the coast of Spain, this epic journey has been life-changing.
Sophie Ingram is a personal trainer, adventurer and huge lover of the outdoors. After battling with an eating disorder growing up, Sophie discovered the true meaning of "health" which led to her creating Re:vert Fitness. She now shares this passion through hosting fitness and wellbeing retreats, along with online coaching and personal training.
Oliver Charlton is one third of Mentrail Health, currently planning an epic adventure while raising money for men’s mental health. Ollie has always loved the outdoors but at one point he lost touch with it and felt very isolated. Jess Hindley is a personal trainer and mindset coach for dancers, with a love for travel and the outdoors. After finding her love for Irish dancing, she went on to be a world champion and to star in the Riverdance, discovering the pressures along the way. During the pandemic, she decided to change her career and become a personal trainer so that she could pass the techniques that she had learned onto other dancers. As an avid hiker, Jess can also be found scrambling over mountains and dancing in the rain!
Donna Edwards, is a Yoga teacher who looks to serve others struggling with mental health. After leaving the dance industry due to the pressures and the deterioration of her own mental health, she found yoga, along with nature, the outdoors and some powerful grounding practices. Now she looks to help introduce other people to these methods of healing.
Neneh Bentley is the Manchester Ambassador for Bee Sober. She is coming up to 2 years sober and has decided this is now a forever lifestyle. Throughout her sober journey she found the power of connection with like-minded people. participating in hikes, wild dips and various other activities. This helped her to learn how to love herself, heal and bring quiet to a busy mind.
