In this video, I take you into my kitchen to make Guatemalan rice tamales, also known as pachitos, a traditional Christmas dish that takes time, patience, and a lot of love.I’m from Guatemala, and this year I decided to make pachitos for my American family so they could experience a small but meaningful part of Guatemalan Christmas culture.
