In this episode of Expand & Evolve, I sit down with Edward Rodarte for a raw and necessary conversation about parenting wounds, accountability, and healing after harm.Edward shares what it was like to confront the impact of his past behavior as a father, the moment awareness began to shift everything, and what responsibility actually looks like when it’s rooted in truth—not shame. We explore the quiet crisis many men are facing, the importance of emotional safety, and how healing ourselves is inseparable from the way we show up for others. This episode is about impact over intention, ownership over defensiveness, and the possibility of real transformation when we’re willing to face uncomfortable truths.
A heartfelt travel reflection + big life lessons 🤍In this episode of Expand & Evolve, I’m sharing everything that came through for me during my two weeks in Spain, Portugal, and Gibraltar — the realizations, the shifts, and the moments that changed how I see my life.I open up about releasing mom guilt, how quickly time passes, and what travel revealed about how often we live inside routines we don’t even realize we’ve created. I reflect on presence, discernment, relationships, and why experiences — not things — are what truly make life feel rich.If you’ve been feeling stuck, boxed in, or curious about what exists beyond your everyday routine, this episode is an invitation to zoom out, get curious, and remember that you are allowed to go live your life.So grateful to have you here — and excited to keep expanding and evolving together 🤍
In this episode, I share my honest approach to parenting — not from a method or rulebook, but from intuition, presence, and TRUST. I talk about raising kids as sovereign beings rather than controlling behaviour, why attachment and repair matter more than perfection, and how so many adult patterns are shaped in childhood. 🤍We dive into emotions, boundaries, individuality, and what it really means to lead as a parent without losing yourself. If you’ve ever felt pulled toward a more conscious, connected way of parenting — this episode is an invitation to trust yourself and do things differently.
I’m recording my first episode of 2026 and it feels SO fitting that we’re diving into expansive, limitless vision — because I can feel a shift happening, and I know I’m not the only one.In this episode, I’m breaking down what it actually takes to create a vision that becomes real. Not just a “vision board” moment — but the mindset, the belief, and the aligned action that moves your life forward. I talk about why I genuinely believe nothing is off the table, how the only real limits are the ones we impose on ourselves, and how to get honest about what you truly want (not what you think you should want). We also get super practical: giving money a job, getting clear on the number you’re working toward, and using real-world math to create a roadmap — because yes, you can be magnetic… and you still need to take action in this 3D world. I’ll walk you through prompts to help you map your vision for 2026, 2030, and 2035, and I’ll challenge you to let yourself dream without staying trapped in the “cage” you’ve been living in.If you’ve been feeling stuck, stagnant, or like you know you’re meant for more but you don’t know how to access it — this episode is for you. And if you do the journaling prompts, please message me on Instagram — I want to see what you’re creating!
I'm BACK with a wildly honest reflection on 2025. I wanted to come on here and do a recap — not the sparkly one, not the “new year, new me” thing we all pretend starts in January. Because honestly? We’re still in winter, our nervous systems are still in hibernation mode, and we’re all wondering why we want to throw our goals off a cliff and live in sweatpants forever. This year taught me that expansion doesn’t always roar — sometimes it happens quietly, internally, invisibly, like a spiritual underground renovation project you didn’t budget for but absolutely needed. I also realized I had NO idea how to hold myself through emotion until I actually had to. Reiki, solo travel, detachment, patience, uncomfortable truth-telling — icky in the moment, transformative in hindsight. And the wildest part? I stopped looking outside of myself for answers. No TikTok guru, no tarot card, no external noise gets to write the notes for my life anymore. 2026 feels like a brewing season for me — love and abundance, the kind you receive with open hands and a braver heart. And if you’re on this journey with me? You already know: the best growth is the kind you feel long before anyone else sees it. So grab a coffee, or a journal, or just your free hands — because this one is for the people who know something is shifting but can’t explain it yet. Let’s get into it.
In this weeks episode we're talking about what it actually means to lead from the heart — not in the cute, Instagram-graphic way, but in the real, uncomfortable, “my throat is literally closing because this is so vulnerable” way. I share the moments where my armour slipped off without my permission, what got revealed in plant medicine, how old protection patterns showed up in new relationships, and the exact conversations that pushed me into a whole new level of authenticity. We go deep into vulnerability, feminine leadership, and why so many of us say we want divine partnership… while still guarding the very part of us that needs to be seen. I talk about how we show up in situationships, why we shape-shift when fear takes over, the spiritual role women play in leading with the heart, and what happens when you finally let yourself say the thing you’ve been terrified to admit. This episode is for anyone navigating relationships, longing for deeper connection, feeling the collective heaviness of this season, or realizing that the old armour just isn’t working anymore. There’s grief, there’s clarity, there’s a little chaos, and there is so much love in this conversation. If you’re in a chapter of shedding, softening, speaking up, or trusting your heart again — this one’s for you. Tune in and let’s walk through it together.
Okay, you guys — I want to open this episode by saying… I didn’t realize how powerful this conversation was going to be until I was already in it. You know when you start talking about something, and suddenly it feels like a door opens behind the words? That happened here. And I swear…some of what came through was bigger than I thought possible. We’re talking about love, connection, and recognition — but we don’t stop at romance. We get into the body, the energy, the intuition, the masks we wear, the walls we build, the way validation becomes a parasite instead of medicine. I share how deep meditation taught me more about myself than any relationship ever has.We explore the difference between worldly love vs. soul recognition — chemistry vs. resonance, attachment vs. surrender, the facade we chase vs. the truth we embody. I talk about how being seen by someone who can’t match your frequency isn’t rejection… it’s divine protection. And that pressure to perform for love or validation? That’s not devotion — that’s disconnection. So if you are craving real love, real visibility, real embodiment, real peace, or even just navigating the messy middle of surrender and rediscovery…this one will meet you in the centerI cannot WAIT for you to hear it.
I am so EXCITED to sit down with the incredible Samantha Bove!! This conversation went in so many beautiful directions, and honestly, I feel like it’s one of those episodes you’re going to want to listen to twice. We talk about everything — body awareness, softening, feminine energy, intuition — all the things. Samantha shares her journey into Reiki (which cracked her open in the most unexpected way), how Mary Magdalene showed up in her life, and what it actually looks like to step into your “inner queen” in real life, not just online. We also get into the messy parts… the in-between seasons, leaving relationships that aren’t aligned anymore, that weird space where you know it’s not right but you’re terrified to say it out loud. Samantha is so honest about the courage it took to walk away from a relationship that looked “fine,” and how choosing herself opened the door to the love she’s in now. There are so many mic-drop moments in here around self-love, healing, and what it feels like when you finally stop shrinking. And truly — if you’re calling in a new chapter, trying to trust your intuition, or learning how to lead with your heart again, this episode will meet you right where you’re at.I cannot wait for you to hear this one. It’s honest, it’s expansive, it’s a little messy in the best way… and it’s really, really beautiful.
Feeling stuck? This episode is for you. There are seasons where clarity feels far away and everything feels a little confusing. In this episode, I share the practices I turn to when I’m in that space — stillness, journaling, asking my body for yes/no guidance, and learning to trust myself again. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or like you “should” have everything figured out by now, this is your reminder to soften. The answers you’re seeking are already within you — they’re just waiting for space to land 🤍
This week on the Expand + Evolve Podcast, I’m sitting down with Mike Johnson — author, entrepreneur + founder of Oshun — to talk all things purpose, integrity, and what it really means to create a business that feels good from the inside out.We dive into Mike’s journey — from serving in the military + navigating life in the public eye, to finding his way back to himself through entrepreneurship + conscious creation. What started as a solution for his own skin struggles turned into a much bigger mission around clean ingredients, men’s mental health + the idea that success only means something when it’s aligned with who you are.We chat about the trap of “disposable beauty,” the importance of slowing down, and why leading with integrity + intention matters now more than ever. We also touch on emotional awareness, vulnerability, + how reconnecting to pleasure + purpose can shift everything. So if you’ve ever felt torn between ambition + alignment — or you’re craving a reminder that you can build something meaningful without losing yourself in the process — this episode is for you 🤍
This week’s episode is all about enjoying the journey...not just as a cute quote, but as a way of actually living your life.I’ve been moving through a season of learning how to slow down, release self-imposed timelines, and find peace in the process instead of constantly chasing the “next thing.” I share what it’s looked like for me to unlearn hustle energy, reconnect with the natural rhythms of nature, and flow with the cycles and seasons of life rather than fighting them...I talk about what it really means to live in alignment, why slowing down doesn’t mean falling behind, and how the energy of ease + enjoyment can completely shift your reality. If you’ve been feeling stuck in urgency, pressure, or “not enoughness,” this episode will feel like a deep exhale 🤍
This week I’m diving deep into relationships — the lessons, the patterns, and the clarity that’s come from being single for the first time in my adult life. It’s been two years since my separation, and I’ve learned so much about who I am, what I truly want, and how to hold both openness and decisiveness at the same time. We talk about releasing old attachments, redefining what “divorce” means to me, and the power that comes from knowing your worth and standing firmly in it.I also share how being single has become one of my greatest teachers — helping me understand what it means to feel safe, seen, and loved without losing myself in the process. If you’ve ever felt torn between moving on and holding on, or struggled to trust what’s next, this episode is going to resonate. Can’t wait to share this one with you 🤍
SEASON 3!!!! I’m so excited to welcome you to Season 3 of the Expand + Evolve Podcast. I wanted to kick it off with a life update, some reflection around the last few months + the lessons and growth I’ve experienced over the past year(+ a live reflection on my vision board and what I’ve accomplished this year as we approach the last 1/4 of 2025). We dive into the collective heaviness many of us have felt lately, the challenges that come with making big life decisions, and the unfolding vision for my homeschool, retreat space + regenerative farm.I talk about what it really means to trust the process—even when fear and doubt show up—and how leaning into community has supported my personal and entrepreneurial journey. I also share the story behind my vision board + the ups and downs of building a business… + the ongoing dance between ambition and self-care.So excited to have you here and can’t wait to see what unfolds in season 3 as we evolve and expand together 🤍
I have been reflecting a lot lately on whether or not we are playing a role in the problem or solution when it comes to unrealistic beauty standards and i wanted to open this up as an open dialogue convo - zero shame or judgement for whatever side you are on - but as always to bring conscious awareness into any choice you make in order to make more empowered decisions from the right energy... In this Episode we Talk About: Social medias role in creating unrealistic beauty standards The impact of beauty standards can affect women's mental health and self-worth. Many women feel they need to alter their appearance to be deemed worthy of love. The belief that beauty equates to worthiness is deeply ingrained in society. we have the power to choose the beauty standards we feel pressured to uphold Chasing perfection can lead to a never-ending cycle of dissatisfaction. My Personal experiences with cosmetic procedures can shape one's views on beauty. Lets consider the health implications of cosmetic enhancements. Consumerism plays a significant role in shaping beauty norms. Self-acceptance is crucial in combating societal pressures. True self-love means not needing external validation for one's beauty. Chasing perfection can be exhausting and detrimental to mental health. Conscious awareness of beauty standards can empower individuals to make better choices. The impact of cosmetic procedures extends beyond personal choice to societal influence. Real beauty comes from within and is not defined by external standards. Women have the power to redefine beauty standards by rejecting societal pressures. Self-worth should not be tied to physical appearance or societal expectations. Choosing to embrace one's natural self can inspire others to do the same. This episode is all about the wisdom gained and personal realizations I had through my journey sitting with Ayahuasca last weekend. It took me from self love and the body, to childhood stored emotions, relationship with food and our body, the pain and sorrow of humanity, our interconnectedness, oneness and unity, pussy power and so much more ! It was beautiful, transformational and profound. If you have ANY fear or weirdness around plant medicine I would encourage you to dig into where that comes from? Because it is one of the most EFFECTIVE and POWERFUL healing modalities this earth has to offer. It allowed me to release things from my childhood I didn't even realize I was still hanging onto or that had an impact on me, showed me the TRUE power of being a woman, connected me to myself, my power, self love, my future husband, God, the planet and mother nature. It was unbelievable and so powerful. With a range of pain, sorrow, grief, happiness, joy and unconditional love. KEY TAKEAWAYS: Ayahuasca offers a deep connection to spirituality , God and self-discovery. Plant medicines have been demonized despite their healing properties. Empathy for one's past self can lead to profound healing. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Connection to nature is essential for personal and collective well-being. Pussy Power - a Reclamation - and TRUE understanding. Self-love involves acknowledging and appreciating every part of oneself. We can shape our reality through our thoughts and intentions. Creating a sanctuary can foster healing and community connection. Understanding the interconnectedness of humanity is vital for healing. The journey with ayahuasca can lead to significant personal transformation. Ever wondered the root behind why you struggle with food? It’s likely trauma. Jillian Acosta a LDN + RD talks about the root cause behind our struggles with food + how it has never been about the food.  We talk all things emotional eating, disordered eating, the tie to food and our emotional comfort  and nervous system regulation and so much more. It was such a beautiful conversation to acknowledge how much our weight or dietary struggles or body image issues really never are about the food, its about identifying the root of where we made a connection to food and our way of coping or pushing down the things we don’t want to feel.  It was an incredibly powerful conversation and I highly encourage listening even if you don’t think you have an emotional tie to food or disordered eating of any kind because it was POWERFUL and PROFOUND! KEY TAKEAWAYS The root cause of chronic illness is often trauma. Disordered eating is not just about food; it's about emotions. Food can be a tool for emotional manipulation. Healing requires addressing the root causes of trauma. Self-compassion is crucial in the healing journey. Childhood experiences significantly impact adult eating habits. Community support plays a vital role in recovery. Emotional awareness can transform our relationship with food. Food is neutral; it's the stories we attach to it that matter. Liberation comes from feeling and processing emotions.
