Welcome to Hannah’s solo series - Wholeness Hacks. Over the course of the series Hannah discusses each “hack” she has tried, tested and has now well and truly integrated into her lifestyle. They have helped her feel like the best, healthiest and whole version of herself.  This week Hannah talks all about the magic of signs and synchronicities. As someone that didn’t even know what they were less than two years ago, Hannah can now safely say how much noticing and following the signs and synchronicities has changed her life in truly wonderful ways. Hannah talks about the difference between confirmation bias and synchronicity as well as how we can’t manipulate seeing the signs we ask for - we have to put it out to the universe, let it go and surrender and that's when you’ll receive it in the most magical way. Asking for a sign is a great way to get clarity on a situation and to really start trusting yourself. Hannah shares the details of some of the magical signs and synchronicities she has received over the last two years in the hope that they resonate with you and help you to open up to them even more. Welcome to Wholeness Hacks. Hannah discusses various hacks she has tried, tested and has now well and truly integrated into her lifestyle. They have helped her feel like the best, healthiest and whole version of herself. This week Hannah discusses one of the premises of the creation of the podcast - filling up your own cup first. Remembering your wholeness. Hannah talks about how self care and self love are not selfish, although the world has conditioned us to believe they are, it's actually so necessary to a balanced and fulfilling life. Hannah shares her reasons why filling up her own cup first is such a priority for her, how it means we can show up better for others, and how then external validation will just be a gorgeous cherry on top, rather than a necessity. She shares some of the ways she fills up her own energy and cup, and acknowledges its a dance with life, and we can only ever do the best we can with where we are at - and thats always enough! You can follow the podcast on instagram at @wholenesswithhannah and email us at podcast@wholenesswithhannah.com and Hannah’s website is www.wholeofhannah.comYou can treat yourself to 20% off all NEOM products with Hannah’s link: https://community.neomorganics.com/s/wholeness.with.hannah
Welcome to Wholeness Hacks. Hannah discusses various hacks she has tried, tested and has now well and truly integrated into her lifestyle. They have helped her feel like the best, healthiest and whole version of herself. In this episode Hannah discusses the critical role of boundaries in personal well-being and self-worth. She shares her journey of learning to set boundaries, especially as a woman in her 30s, and emphasizes the importance of saying no to protect one's energy and emotional health. The only reason you need to say no to attending an event, a coffee meetup, or just generally being “unavailable” is that you don’t want to go/don’t have enough in the tank right now. Hannah explores the challenges of people-pleasing and how it relates to our self-worth, encouraging listeners to prioritize their needs and communicate their limits, as sometimes people aren’t aware of our boundaries! The episode concludes with a voluntary call to action for listeners to identify and implement boundaries in their own lives that they know would benefit them, but the discomfort is holding them back. Remember, by setting your own boundaries, you are inspiring others to also choose themselves! You are worthy just as you are, without needing to prove it.You can follow the podcast on instagram at @wholenesswithhannah and email us at podcast@wholenesswithhannah.com and Hannah’s website is www.wholeofhannah.comYou can treat yourself to 20% off all NEOM products with Hannah’s link: https://community.neomorganics.com/s/wholeness.with.hannah

This week's episode of Wholeness Hacks falls under the solo (ISH) umbrella as Hannah is joined by the wise, insightful and all round mind blowing presence of Denise O’Dwyer. Denise is a chinese astrologer and feng shui consultant (and so much more), and not only is her story super interesting - she's an expert in Bazi readings. A Bazi reading is a MAGICAL tool based on Chinese astrology that lays out the path/blueprint of, well, your entire life! Hannah had a reading with Denise earlier this year and it's the most amazing and insightful ‘reading’ tool she’s ever tried (and she's tried a lot!). The Bazi can really detail who you are under all of your layers for self awareness, and can show when big life changing events will occur, as well as being an empowerment tool to navigate the ups and downs of life. Hannah’s Bazi reading was mind blowing as Denise was able to pick out all of Hannah’s big life events to date, including relationships and job changes, as well as being absolutely spot on in detailing Hannah’s personality traits and desired new life path. It really can help with alignment, love, relationships, career, and focus. When life feels particularly hard, the Bazi can help show you why, and help you shift back onto the more aligned path. Hannah couldn’t recommend it more!Hope you enjoy the episode! You can find Denise on instagram at https://www.instagram.com/denise_odwyer/ or reach out to her for a reading via email, at denise@chineseastrology.co.uk You can follow the podcast on instagram at @wholenesswithhannah and email us at podcast@wholenesswithhannah.com and Hannah’s website is www.wholeofhannah.comIf you quote the code "wholeness" to Denise when booking a reading - she will include a unique extra bonus to the reading of your "best Feng Shui direction" based on your individual Chinese Astrology chart. "It is the most auspicious direction for each person to face when they wanted to support their prosperity, personal growth, vitality, and to help create a successful outcome. It is the direction they would use to sit in meetings, working at their desk, use in presentions, networking, or any time they needed a boost." Some extra info to live your best life!
Hannah is joined by another fellow Hannah this week - Hannah Bevan, who is the founder of “Journal for Joy”. Hannah created “Journal for Joy” on the back of her own self development journey, after she discovered first hand how powerful, uplifting, healing and fun journaling can be. Both hannah’s discuss how they use journaling in their everyday life, and the different types. The discussion leads through Hannah’s self development journey and how she just KNEW she needed to leave her full time job and make a proper go of it with her journaling business. Both Hannah’s have been on a similar journey funnily enough! Journaling can be used in whatever way works for you, and certainly shouldn’t be considered a chore. Hannah talks through the various workshops she offers and how they really open people up and connect us back to ourselves deep within. It's a joyous, inspiring and uplifting conversation - hope you enjoy it!  You can find Hannah Bevan on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/journal.for.joy/ and her website can be found at https://www.journalforjoy.co.uk/  You can follow the podcast on instagram at @wholenesswithhannah and email us at podcast@wholenesswithhannah.com and Hannah’s website is www.wholeofhannah.com
Welcome to Wholeness Hacks. Over the course of the series Hannah discusses the hacks she has tried, tested and has now well and truly integrated into her lifestyle. They have helped her feel like the best, healthiest and whole version of herself. This week Hannah talks all about vulnerability. She touches on how it really is a strength and the wonderful benefits it brings to life, such as, a deeper connection with yourself and with others, how it can help others to feel seen and heard, and how we have a choice in life - to either shy away from going after what we want, or put ourselves out there and be willing to risk rejection for the possibility of a huge reward. Hannah shares examples from her own life of when she has been vulnerable and the positive outcomes on the back of it - this podcast being one of them! Vulnerability is strength, courage, connection, love and power. In the words of the queen of vulnerability herself (Brene Brown), “Vulnerability is not winning or losing; it’s having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome. Vulnerability is not weakness; it’s our greatest measure of courage”. Hannah couldn’t agree with her more. Hope you enjoy the episode!
