In this episode ofThe Feds, host Stephanie Weidle, welcomes Joel Wallskog, MD, and Breanne Dressen, co-founders of React19, a leading advocacy organization dedicated to supporting individuals impacted by COVID-19 vaccine injuries. The discussion delves into the critical challenges and systemic failures surrounding the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) and the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), exposing inefficiencies and perceived corruption within these systems. Joel and Breanne share insights into React19’s ongoing legislative efforts to reform the CICP, advocating for greater transparency and fairness. The episode also explores the broader landscape of liability shields, including two recently introduced bills aimed at dismantling vaccine liability shields. As a federal pesticide liability shield looms, Joel and Breanne, both profoundly affected by thelack of accountability for vaccine manufacturers, offer their perspectives on the far-reaching implications for Americans if liability shield laws persist.  Join us for an eye-opening conversation on health policy, corporate accountability, and the fight for justice. Visit React19:https://react19.org/  Learn more about Vaccine Compensation Reform:https://react19.org/for-patients/patient-resources-education/cicp Watch the React19 movieFollow the Silenced: https://followthesilenced.com/ and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ndyRgk8cHW8 Read Breanne’s bookWorth a Shot Check outFeds For Freedom's SubstackListen toThe Feds on all platforms: https://taplink.cc/fedsforfreedomVisit our Website:FedsForFreedom.org Follow Feds For Freedom onInstagram/X (Twitter)/Facebook:  @feds4freedomusa
This week onThe Feds, we are joined by Meryl Nass, MD, founder and president of Door to Freedom, medical advisor to Children’s Health Defense, and host on CHD TV. Dr. Nass provides an in-depth analysis of two concerning provisions in the 2025 House Appropriations Bill: Sections 453 and 507.  Section 453 prohibits funding for timely updates to product labels and safety recommendations, a critical issue given that successful lawsuits against chemical giant Bayer have often relied on labeling disputes. Dr. Nass explains the far-reaching implications of this rider for public health and safety. Additionally, Dr. Nass examines Section 507, which restricts government funding for the implementation or further study of a January 2025 EPA report. This report documented the toxic and carcinogenic effects of "forever chemicals" found in sewer sludge used as agricultural fertilizer, raising serious environmental and health concerns. Who in Congress is writing and supporting these sections? Why? What can YOU do as an American citizen? Tune in for this compelling discussion on critical policy issues impacting public safety and environmental health. In this compelling episode, host Stephanie Weidle welcomes Trent McCotter, seasoned partner at Boyden Gray PLLC and head of its administrative-law practice. Trent previously served as Deputy Associate Attorney General of the United States and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney. Trent dives into the landmark settlement between Feds For Freedom (F4F) and the Department of Justice (DOJ), signed on August 7, 2025, following their challenge to the federal employee COVID-19 vaccine mandate issued on September 9, 2021. He recounts the lawsuit's timeline, from securing a pivotal January 2022 injunction that preserved over 400,000 federal jobs, to the recent agreement where the DOJ committed to actions like destroying certain vaccine status records (with opt-out options for those seeking discovery, such as employees facing ongoing retaliation, versus opt-in for those preferring a clean slate). Trent addresses whether this settlement implicitly acknowledges government overreach, contrasts negotiating with the Biden DOJ versus the incoming 2025 Trump DOJ, and speaks to critics who argue it falls short on accountability. He shares eye-opening discoveries from four years on the case, explains why his firm boldly took it on when others declined, and explores how this non-precedential win can still advance justice for others still seeking remediation. In this gripping episode of The Feds, host Stephanie Weidle sits down with Kacy Dixon, a former military intelligence officer and JAG attorney, to unpack the ongoing legal and administrative challenges surrounding the reinstatement of military personnel impacted by COVID-19 vaccine mandates. Kacy reveals how refusal of vaccines, testing, and masking has created significant hurdles in the reinstatement process through the Board for Correction of Military Records (BCMR), where the work and burden of proof unfairly rests on service members. She discusses the broken religious accommodation process, marked by blanket denials during COVID that have set a troubling precedent for flu shot declinations, and shares insights from her candid conversations with senior Pentagon officials. Highlighting systemic flaws, including scrubbed records and "failure to promote" labels blocking reinstatement, Kacy proposes a dedicated BCMR subgroup to streamline COVID-related cases and advocates for retroactive severance pay through new appropriations as a fair resolution for all, including the military.Kacy emphasizes the urgent need for accountability, noting that some officials acted knowingly while others were negligent, yet all must face consequences to prevent future injustices. With no clear mechanism for accepting reinstatement offers and a military legal system that courts have deemed a "sham," this episode exposes critical gaps in the process and explores solutions that could restore trust and fairness. Join us for a thought-provoking discussion on the fight for justice, the complexities of military policy, and the path toward meaningful reform in this post-mandate era.Follow Kacy on X: @KacyJDixon Check out Feds For Freedom's SubstackListen to The Feds on all platforms: https://taplink.cc/fedsforfreedomVisit our Website: FedsForFreedom.org Follow Feds For Freedom on Instagram/X (Twitter)/Facebook: @feds4freedomusa

This week, Sky Shook joins The Feds to discuss Lyme and other tick-borne illnesses that have caused much harm to the American population. Sky is a health consultant and strategist who has supported the healing efforts of patients with vector borne diseases, including Lyme disease, for more than two decades. He supports through advocacy, education, medical practice management and lobbying at the state and federal level. In this episode, we discuss why Sky started researching Lyme, and what he found helpful for his own wife who was struggling with a cascade of symptoms. Sky discusses that early treatment is the best, and for those who have chronic Lyme, it is important to look not just at the tick as the cause of illness, but at other toxins as contributors. We discuss the role of the government in tick-borne illnesses and the radical government transparency that is needed for a better understanding.Although not covered in this discussion, an important consideration with respect to tick-borne illness and our health generally may be the presence of parasites. There are many resources available to learn more about the need to address parasitic infection, which is frequently indicated in patients with difficult cases of tick-borne disease.Weston A. State Department law enforcement officer Mark Pemberton joins The Feds this week, detailing the retaliation he has experienced over the past five years. In 2020, Mark refused to sign a statement agreeing to follow CDC guidance outside of work hours. In addition, citing the information given in the package insert, Mark also refused to take the provided COVID-19 tests. For that, in conjunction with the accusation that Mark was a white extremist due to his statement that he wanted to get married and have a family, Mark was labeled an “insider threat.” Five years later, his superiors are currently considering a 6-day suspension for Mark due to his declination of the COVID-19 testing. The government-wide weaponization of disciplinary and administrative processes must be addressed in this current Trump administration. Specifically in Mark’s case, the State Department’s Office of Special Investigations has a terrible reputation for using abusive administrative and disciplinary techniques for issues that should have resulted in an investigation, not in disciplinary action. Those who refused the COVID protocols, pushing back against the mandates, are still experiencing this weaponization firsthand.Check out Feds For Freedom's SubstackWatch and listen to The Feds on any of these platforms: https://taplink.cc/fedsforfreedomSupport the Work of Feds For Freedom https://www.fedsforfreedom.org/donateFollow Feds For Freedom on Social Media Instagram/X (Twitter)/Facebook: @feds4freedomusa

Dozens of military service members are currently being discharged after they declined the flu shot, citing medical, religious, and Constitutional reasons. They have been discriminated against, put on leave without pay, and ordered before military discharge boards. This week, The Feds hosts four military service members who are currently facing discharge:Brennan Schilperoort “Skip”, Major, US Air Force Air Mobility CommandChris Babscak, Technical Sergeant, Arkansas Air National GuardKim Bitter, Major, Nurse in the US Air Force ReserveTony Oslin, Technical Sergeant, Air Force National GuardIn this episode, we discuss how the flu shot requirement is inherently discriminatory, the fact that these harms are still continuing under the second Trump administration, how the wrongs can be righted and how to avoid unconstitutional actions like these in the future. An update to the DoD policy on flu shots states that the flu shot will only be given to “Service members” when it “most directly contributes to readiness”. As of May 29, 2025, the regulations have been updated to change the specifications for who is required to get a flu shot and who is not, but the actions to sever members from military service for exercising their rights to refuse an injection continue. To see the memo yourself please see these posts on X: https://x.com/RealChapAmerica/status/1930304887750853054 https://x.com/PamLongCO/status/1930980255717601765If you want to join the military members and supporters in a pledge to seek accountability for unlawful actions being taken please sign the declaration here: https://militaryaccountability.net If you are ready to take further action, please contact your senators and representatives and make your voice be heard. https://www.senate.gov/senators/senators-contact.htm https://www.house.gov/representatives/find-your-representative Check out Feds For Freedom's SubstackWatch and listen to The Feds on any of these platforms: https://taplink.cc/fedsforfreedomSupport the Work and Become a Member of Feds For Freedom www.fedsforfreedom.org/joinFollow Feds For Freedom on Social Media Instagram/X (Twitter)/Facebook: @feds4freedomusa
Paul Thomas, MD, well-known retired pediatrician, joins The Feds this week to shed light on the corruption within the medical system that attempted to strip him of his ability to provide informed consent. After witnessing healthy children become autistic within his own practice, he began studying the vaccinations he offered. He published The Vaccine Friendly Plan, providing informed consent for his readers and suggesting an alternative vaccination plan. The Oregon Medical Board then asked him to prove his plan was safer and more effective than the CDC schedule. He responded by hiring outside analysts and conducting a vaxxed-unvaxxed study within his own practice. After his findings, and during COVID, the medical board stripped him of his license. This week, we hear his story, including an update regarding his lawsuit, discuss waning immunity in the middle-aged population, chat about the recent measles cases, and talk about his new book, Vax Facts: What to Consider before Vaccinating at All Ages and Stages of Life. We also hear what Dr. Paul has been doing alternatively to treat his recently diagnosed cancer.
