Boston is a performance and composition coach and an Openly Accredited Sports Nutritionist with a Master of Sport and exercise Science. Today we talk to CEO of Your Bliss, Maddie Webb, who was diagnosed with PCOS at 21 and Endometriosis at 22. Prior to being diagnosed Maddie was a Personal Trainer and also worked in a corporate office where she would be hunched over at her desk in excruciating pain, but made to feel like she had to get on with life and suck it up. After being diagnosed, Maddie started on her low tox journey of finding clean products that wouldn’t worsen her hormonal imbalances, and it was a gap in the market that inspired Maddie to start her clean, vegan perfume company, Your Bliss. Maddie is an online content creator and very vulnerable health advocate publicly, though just when her health was the best it had ever been in 2022, a series of stressful events outside of Maddie’s control triggered the start of what was later diagnosed as Grave’s disease. In this episode Maddie is so open with us and shares the details of her health journey, how she got on top of her conditions time and time again, and how she was able to continually show up and scale in her business successfully in the middle of it all, just by setting boundaries and always prioritising her health.
