After a long wait and fight, Denmark has made it. In an exciting final against Germany they had the right approach despite all the injuries they carried throughout the tournament. In our final podcast episode for the EHF EURO 2026 our hosts Victor Tomas, Andrea Lekic and Bengt Kunkel recap the final and the EURO.

Spain shocks France to put them into a simple situation: Win against Germany and reach the semi final, lose to Germany and get kicked out of the tournament. Andi saves the day. Again. After being the crucial man for Germany in their Portugal-encounter, Andi Wolff pulls off an even better performance against Norway today and led Germany to the victory. Record after record was broken between France and Portugal, while Denmark takes Spain's last hopes for the semi final. Sweden takes down the next opponent in main round group II. After Croatia it was Slovenia today who couldn't find a way against Darj, Bergendahl Carlsbogard. Switzerland takes an historic point to their table and with Croatia beating Iceland, the constellations in group II are shaking up themselves again. Martin and Bengt are here for you to look at it!
In a thrilling start of the main round France and Denmark faced off at Boxen, Herning, with the better result for the local matadors. With the arena in the back they were able to ring down France in an intense fight. Germany can finally get their revenge on Portugal and Spain stands with the back against the wall.
