Today we chat with Jade Leray from Beautiful Bodies Society. She is a hormone health and female fitness expert, however, today our chat focuses on her own postpartum experience which shaped her career and her incredible business. All too often we see the perfect postpartum experience on social media: showing a polished mother breastfeeding her newborn in her perfect nursery, while her husband refills her water and snacks. This 'picture perfect' ideal is SO far removed from the reality of most postpartum experiences. It's no wonder so many of us feel isolated and alone in our own struggles. Today Jade chats to us about her real and raw experience which includes so many setbacks, which led her to a stay at Torrens House (a residential service providing intensive support for families experiencing unresolved feeding, settling and sleeping issues). Jade shares her story with such courage and vulnerability, and we are so grateful to her for sharing her postpartum journey with us. | @jade_leray | @beautifulbodiessociety
