Clemson University football head coach, Dabo Swinney discusses his faith journey and testimony of victory with Joel.Swinney took over as head coach of the Clemson Tigers seven games into the 2008 season.  Swinney's team won national championships in 2016 and 2018. His 2018 Clemson Tigers have often been considered one of the greatest college football teams of all time. He is also the winningest head coach in Clemson football history.On September 8, 2022, Swinney signed a new contract extension that keeps him the head coach of the Clemson Tigers through the 2031 football season.Swinney is a Christian. He spoke of his conversion to Christianity when he was sixteen years old by saying, "And that was a game-changer for me. That’s really become the foundation of my life." Swinney has also said, "Coaching makes some of the things I’ve experienced in my life make sense to me. It allows me to use my life experiences to impact young people and to serve God through what I do. I’m very passionate about seeing young people graduate, mature and develop."

After 11 years together, Kathie Lee stepped down from that role in 2019 to pursue other creative endeavors. The Gifford-Kotb hour had been hailed as “appointment television” by Entertainment Weekly, and “TODAY’s happy hour” by USA Today.Prior to NBC News, Gifford served as the co-host of “Live with Regis and Kathie Lee” for 15 years.
