2025-12-2937:49

It's hard to believe we've been at this for three whole seasons. As has become our custom, we do a post-mortem on the year and talk about what we loved, what we hated and what we think worked best. See you all next week with season four!
It's an interesting amalgamation; holiday-themed films with heavy horror emphasis. Sometimes, that's what's needed, though to break the monotony of the standard fare. In this episode, we look at some of our favorite horror or horror-adjacent holiday films. Put on your Santa hat, your headphones, and grab the closest kitchen knife. We have a whole "slay" (haha) of goodies to hand out.
It's zero hour at the North Pole and all of the elves have vanished! It's time to assemble a crew of non-elves to help Santa push out the toys he needs to satisfy the nice list. We look at value and ability. There are some pretty amazing wild cards that make the list!
It's the time of year when our favorite streaming service gives us one of our favorite gifts! In this episode, we look at our top seven songs for 2025 as denoted by Spotify and put them together to make our famous fourteen-song playlist. We have changed the rules up a little since we did this last. Let's see if it's for the better...

This time we flip the coin over and talk about our favorite final girls; specifically the ones that objectively belong on the list. Taking into account all of the horror films that exist, we have a couple of surprises up our sleeves.

In the world of gaming, what is the best way to highlight or denote accomplishment in a particular game? What pushes the narrative along and gives the player a goal to achieve? The short and simple answer: boss battles. In this episode, we spend time recounting our favorite encounters with non-final bosses from some of our favorite games. Whether it be the challenge of the encounter, the way it makes us feel or simply how much fun we are having, these bosses are the ones we don't mind facing multiple times.
The word of the day for this episode is "house", as we look at two underground darlings of the found footage genre; The Houses that October Built and Hell House, LLC. Join us as we finish up this season's month-long celebration of Halloween!
They can't all be works of art. Sometimes we find ourselves attached to films that are flawed, or worse yet, just awful. As we continue our celebration of all things spooky, we spend this episode talking about the movies that we KNOW are bad, but we love to watch anyway; those true guilty pleasure romps through the scary and macabre that often bring more laughs than chills. Some of our picks will probably end up feeling controversial. Does our list match yours at all?
