Dr Jason Hawrelak is a researcher, educator, and naturopath with over 25 years’ clinical experience. He did his PhD examining the capacity of probiotics, prebiotics and herbal medicines to modify the gastrointestinal tract microbiota in the early 2000s and has taught widely, both in Australia and internationally, on these topics for the past 20+ years. Dawn Whitten ND, BNat (Hons), IBCLC, FNHAA, was my guest on this episode to talk about the critical first 1000 days of a child’s life.
