Hi. I’m Kelly Bermingham, and this is the Lessed Stressed Moms podcast. I love being a mom. It’s the most rewarding yet most challenging job in the world. I spent years trying to do it all: balance motherhood, marriage, family, and a career (or two) to keep up with the Joneses and move up the social ladder of life until the stress caught up with me.
This podcast is dedicated to all the women who are burnt out, stressed out, and exhausted, who just want to slow down and enjoy life.
We talk about everything associated with being a woman: motherhood, what’s for dinner, menopause, mindset, and more.
