This episode is the start of my journey with four children. Two adopted and two biological. One with ADHD, One with brain trauma, ADHD and a dyslexia and my youngest with ADHD and DMDD. He also shows signs of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. Here my journey on how I have become successful in dealing with my high anxiety and loving my children in our trauma family.
