Please join Denise and Samantha as they discuss different ways to implement a daily practice into your life. They explore different ways to work specific practices attuned to you into your day in order to feel more balanced mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Studies have shown that integrating daily practices can enhance mental clarity, emotional regulation, and overall well-being. The focus of small, consistent actions that can be easily integrated into daily life, such as mindfulness, physical routines, and spiritual rituals seems to be a key in developing consistency. Some practices can evolve with life stages and contribute to cognitive functioning and resilience but what it really comes down to is finding the personal rituals that resonate with you and find a way to prioritize this self-care into your daily routine. When I went through nursing school (over a decade ago), my class was required to read "Verbal Judo" by Jerry B. Jenkins. I suggest it to anyone who interacts with people.

I get the sense that being a Dark Empath is on a continuum. Practitioners in healthcare are forced to use that side of their empathy to move a patient forward. Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Therapists, Physicians, Nurses, etc. use this technique to end sessions, get out of a patient's room, and get "talkers" to stop talking. If they didn't, burnout in healthcare would be exponentially greater than it is currently.

Oh My, I just left a 5 year relationship with a spouse that showed all these symptoms she never showed any affection always wanted everything to be about her, blamed everything on me. When I decided to leave all she said was ok which made me feel spiritually abandoned that was my sign to leave and not turn back. Thank you for this because I honestly felt alone!!!!

I enjoy this podcast a lot but it is frustrating to not hear you both at a similar volume. one is blowing out my speakers and the other is so quiet that at full volume I have to strain to hear. seems like maybe the mic qualities vary too much. not trying to be negative. just want to give the feedback so I can continue to listen. love you guys! would love to hear you both!

Ahhhhhh...my crew! So happy to have landed here on this day...Thanks for obeying the magic ripples!!! I've been asking for my Hogwarts/X-Men academy. I needed a practical classroom...unfortunately preferably without actual emergence into D-planess a.k.a the "paladiym"... feeling like star quarterback running an offensive play in the last moments of the Playoffs (which is huge seeing as I'm not partial to any sports) This has been my practical reality since 9yrs old...too real to ignore...I already feel like we've been friends forever...Like Amethyst and Rose Quartz. 🦏

I have just discovered that i am an empath. But I always have said i feel like im just an emotional sponge, and when i told my wife "i think im an empath" first she asked what that meant, and once i explained it she was like "oh yeah. Thats you to a T." My biggest conflict is that ive never really cared for chakras, or reaching the spirits of the dead. i am a Christian, and I have wanted to be a pastor for about 7 years now (as long as ive been a christian) and the Bible says not to partake in communing with the spirits of the dead. So i had myself so closed off to anything "psychic". But more and more, ive been realizing that hey, no not everybody feels so overwhelmed by emotions and feelings like i am. Still not really interested in learning about chakras, but I really want to learn to control my empathic ability so im not always overwhelmed. If you have ever listened to the podcast The Bright Sessions, basically i feel like Caleb. Im not gay, (i think i am bi, but i have a big avers
