In this episode you'll hear my take on what I have done to help move on and grow after unexpectedly losing my father back in 2017. From the ups and downs and from the twists and turns we all are human and grieve differently let's be open to having an honest Dialogue on what we can do to heal from loss.
Oftentimes we can find ourselves comparing our own life to other people. I may not know everything but I know it's not healthy to do that. In this episode you'll hear my take on comparison and what it is I think we can start doing to really live in a way more from an authentic place rather than a place of living vicariously.
In this episode you'll hear my take on what it really means to find that future you. Your future self is out there and it's up to you to bring that person to you in this moment every single day. Your future self only shows up when you behave like your future self!
