This episode is special, its a exercise for you and for me, how to deal with expectations and how to make art freely.
It's a two steps exercise in the first part we will let our hand free, we will fill the paper and set the mood.
The second part we will write down our expectations, that our inner critic is saying and we will try to illustrate them.
This exercise is for everyone and it can be applied also to expectations not connected with art practise.
