Recently, I reached out to Heather for coaching when I was feeling overwhelmed but stuck in taking action. I am so glad I did. Heather’s coaching session left me feeling very clear.
Turns out, I didn’t have a discipline problem, I just had to understand my protector parts, and be able to differentiate them when they interfere, so my “authentic self” can get back in the driver’s seat, where she is able to curate clarity, make aligned decisions from her knowing, and take actions to create momentum.
Heather Whitaker is a clarity coach who spots patterns, sees what’s unsaid, and helps you connect the dots. She created what she calls Self Inventory Lab to help her clients clear the noise, uncover what’s in their way, and move forward with a roadmap that’s built for the individual. Her work uses Human Design for energetic clarity and Internal Family Systems for deep pars work to help release the patterns holding you back and return to your core self where you can create desired and constructive change.
