Today we’re joined by Head Coach of Augsburg University Women’s Hockey Elizabeth Bauer, also known as "Biz", coming off her first season ever as a Head Coach where she led the Auggies to the #1 overall seed in the NCAA tournament, winning the MIAC regular season and conference championship titles. Today we’re joined by Ben Chipman, Head Coach of Plymouth State Women’s Hockey. Coach Chipman was a member of the Plymouth State Men’s Hockey team for five seasons, while holding a captain position for three of those years. Great talk with Coach about the turnaround of the Women’s program as they won the inagural MASCAC Women’s hockey championship this past season, defeating Rivier University 2-1 in 4 overtimes, aka the 2nd longest women’s D-III hockey game in history. Today we’ve got Head Coach Sophie Leclerc of Norwich Women’s Hockey. Coach Leclerc had a storied college hockey career for Norwich as a player and is now looking to do the same as a coach, she’s gotten the Cadets to two NCAA tournaments so far and has compiled a record of 87-27-6. She was also the first Women's Hockey player inducted into the Norwich Athletic Hall of Fame. Great person, great conversation, hope you enjoy.

Today we’re joined by former Adrian Men’s Hockey Head Coach Adam Krug as he has accepted the position of Assistant Coach for the Bakersfield Condors in the American hockey league also known as the AHL. The condors are affiliated with the NHL’s Edmonton oilers and today we get to talk to coach about his legendary career at Adrian and the future ahead which included a national championship in 2022. Coach Krug has been a huge influence and given tons of support towards the growth of this account and it wouldn't be where it is today without him, I hope you enjoy!

Today, we’ve got a special episode featuring head coaches Sean Walsh of Southern New Hampshire University & Damian DiGiulian of St. Michael’s College. These schools reside in the NE-10 conference, they’re two of six division 2 classified teams, but as we’ll discuss today, they're essentially division 3 schools not allowed to compete for a national championship. They’re the 6 schools in all of the NCAA that aren’t allowed to compete for a national championship. Today, we discuss the differences and similarities of their teams and how they’ve been advocating for a long time to change this rule and make people aware of it. You’ll enjoy this one.
