Kevin uses AI as a pairing buddy to take an idea for a course to teach people X509 certificates and turn it into a presentation. Conversation moved on to how UIs could change to incorporate AI to make your life easier.Imagine if AI remembered every conversation you ever had and everything you had ever said.  Then you would be able to ask it questions about your life.  Would that be a good technology?  What would be the ramifications of that technology?
