On this episode we are recapping the Gold Eagle Open with MPO and FPO. Winners, Erik Wiebe and Bailey Inglis. Both players have won this event before so we want to know, what is it about this tournament that fits their games. Does winning here before nake it easier to come back r does that add extra pressure to perform.
We are joined by Falcons Flight 17 winners, Clay Edwards and Chandler Reigh. They took down the MPO and FPO divisions at the Aspen Meadows courses in Sundre, Alberta. Clay qualified for USDGC with his win, and Chandler also qualified for Throw Pink. We find out how they liked playig in Canada, what they thought about one of our highest rated courses, and their thoughts on the annoucement that DGPT will be making a stop in 2027 for the Greater Toronto Open.
With just 3 A-tiers to go we preview Falcons Flight 17 with tournament director, Jordan Alway. As one of the fastest selling events of the year, Falcons always proves it is worth getting in to. We’ll discuss the changes to the course due to the weather, what’s new for 2026, and the always popular extra curricular activities that make this event one of the highlights of the year.
On episode 144 we are joined by ECAN MPO and FPO winners, Thomas Gilbert and Alex Poletto. We previewed the course and the tournament, made our fantasy picks, now we want to know how it played out!
As we continue to preview all Canadian A-tiers we chat with ECAN tournament director, John Pytel. It’s happening on the Ettyville disc golf course in Borget, Ontario and is part of the 2026 Ontario Tour. We find out if any changes have been made to the course from last year, what players can expect, and a lot more.
