What was meant to be a podcast episode, turned into a therapy session. So excuse the quickfire questions and sniffly noses. Mother Halls was keen to wrap this one up! In this episode I discuss with my mum, the difficulties she faced raising a child with undiagnosed ADHD and how the late diagnosis affected her.

Although I’m not an avid dater at the moment.. I did dabble earlier in the year and noticed some repeated patterns of behaviour when doing this. I’ve since taken a break to really allow myself time to think what I want out of a relationship and how it should make me feel. So in this episode I’m discussing the obstacles we face .. dating with adhd. Overthinking, over sharing and coming across uninterested..
Will I go back on my adhd medication?? Summarising my experience with stimulant medication, the highs and lows of titration and beneficial supplements. Of course we can’t forget the medication shortage which has a choke hold on us all!
