Morgan has a busy afternoon and gets right to the chase. Hears Benny Buckets thoughts on the season. Morgan and Ryan recap the CAA Championship win by the Cougars and what the key was to bringing the title back to Charleston. They recap and talk about what will and what has made us successful in this Championship.
Mike and I sit down and talk about the Lady Cougars who had an amazing year going 21-8 and 13-5 in the CAA to capture the 3 seed and a double bye in the CAA tournament. This team is lead by a senior PG, Jenna Annecchiaico, who sets the world on fire and the CAA Rookie of the Year, Taryn Barbot.
Morgan does a quick solo cast to recap the win against Monmouth and to preview the Semi-final game against Towson. We are 1-0 and looking to move into back to back Championship games.
Everett and I discuss the last 2 games of the regular season when Charleston clinches their first outright Regular Season tittle since 2003 and first CAA championship won by multiple games since 2011.
We also look forward to the CAA tournament and breakdown winners and losers going into the event. We also look at the award winners for Charleston and why this is significant.
