First in the studio is Bolaji Adewale, college American Football player who explains why the sport is so specialised, how it's training is different to rugby and football (soccer) and why the sport is growing in the UK and Europe. After this Georges meets Tess Howard, Team GB Olympic Hockey player who's campaigning to make PE kits more inclusive for young women.To round out the show Georges reviews some viral gym advice from TikTok, cutting through the myth and explaining the facts on how to achieve your fitness goals.
This week Georges is joined by Humantra CEO Charlie Wright to break down the importance of electrolyte hydration. The two discuss their increased popularity, they wide application and Humantra's mission to make water not boring.After this wellness coach Brooke Odun joins Georges in the studio to discuss her faith based workout sessions called Pump and Praise.
