I’m Atavia, and I struggled with debilitating and embarrassing IBS symptoms throughout most of my 20’s.

After years of hitting dead ends and brick wall answers from medical professionals, I knew I’d have to find the answer myself.


After training in Nutritional Therapy, I realised how your Nervous System is the biggest and often most over looked factor in IBS flare ups.


I reduced my symptoms, then helped others do the same in clinic, and now I'm on a mission to help busy, stressed out or anxious professionals to do the same.
