In regards to "the most ridiculous lawsuit ever", McDonalds had heated the coffee well above industry standards, resulting in severe burns for the woman who sued. This was a completely reasonable lawsuit. I don't really trust the law advice of someone who doesn't know that. I mean, I'm a carpenter not a lawyer and even I know that one.

Why doesn't Biden take advantage of the new immunity conferred on the office by SCOTUS? Trump poses an imminent threat to the nation, according to his former senior staff, intelligence experts and our best professional threat assessors-- if Biden took executive action to make sure Trump is made to account for his illegal activities, including the Jan 6 insurrection and the classified documents case. Also, Trump and Musk have been secretly and illegally talking to and coordinating w/Putin.
There's 9 criteria for antisocial personality disorder, and you need 5. And psychopathy and sociopathy are not diagnostic categories in the DSM. To be diagnosed as a psychopath, you need to meet or exceed the cut-off score on the PCL-R, which has 20 items. I wish you'd speak with an actual forensic psychologist on your podcast.
