Is getting enough quality sleep a challenge for you? I struggled with this for years, and so do many of the women I work with. As common (and necessary) as sleep is, mastering it isn’t always so easy. When migraines were a daily battle for me, one constant struggle I faced was managing my dwindling finances while attempting to manage my pain and get through the days. I was forced to continue to break into my savings just to attempt to get some relief. Yes, insurance helped some, but it hardly covered everything. I spent money on anything and everything that promised even the slightest relief. However, the real catch was that skipping or ignoring these costs wasn’t an option. I needed these tools to help me get through the days so I could support my family and continue pushing on, although these tools didn’t end my pain, they were simply band aid solutions.    I talk to so many women who have this same struggle, who are scraping money together just to attempt to get some relief, who feel stuck in an endless loop of working just to fund their migraines. Migraines and neck pain… it's a bit of a chicken or the egg situation. Is the neck pain causing your migraine, or did your migraine cause the neck pain? Many women feel like if they could just sort out their neck issues, they could make their migraines disappear. In fact, experts estimate that 80% of people with chronic migraines experience neck pain with their migraine attacks, making this symptom more common than nausea or aura.    I personally spent years trying to overcome my excruciating neck pain and migraines, with little to no relief. I finally learned that nothing was working because I was chronically inflamed, making all of my expensive efforts ineffective.
