Have a drink with Andrew and I as we discuss recent storms, planting headaches and what I still have left to plant. Ugh. I did have corn just starting to spike through on my first field I planted to corn. It took 7 days for emergence after being planted 2.5" deep. And yes, it was verified, before any rain or soil settling at 2.5" deep. Final depth should be 2" after the ground settles.
