On this episode we talk with John Sullivan, our Director of Government Buildings Department and Joe Dwyer, our operator with Government Buildings. We have some amazing projects that have been completed, some just starting, and others that are on-going. From the courthouse revolving door to the boiler replacement at our firehouses, and constant maintenance on the rest of our many buildings, this department maintains a lot.
Today we are joined by the New Hope Pregnancy Clinic and their Executive Director, Julie Endy and their Nurse, Amber Autenrieth. They talk about the programs and resources they offer, from pregnancy tests, maternity clothes, and OB referrals to ultrasounds and adoption services. They are also hosting a brunch fundraiser at the Butte Country Club on April 12th from 10-1. They are always accepting donations for babies and moms. They also discuss all the different divisions that fall under Public Works and how they all work together to keep the infrastructure in Butte as strong as possible. Butte has the infrastructure for 100,000 people and we maintain it on the population of 35,000 people.
