Join Zyanya and I for the UNWIND Retreat in Northern NSW 17-20 April - last spots HEREI am beyond excited to have our UNWIND guest host on the mic today, Zyanya Earthwalker, queer artist, ceramicist and creative thinker who is diving with us into very interesting topics such as herher deeply personal journey of leaving a 16-year relationship with a man, the courage it took to walk away from a life that once made sense, and how that decision opened the door for her to explore her queerness, her truth, and who she actually is today. We talk about what it really looks like to follow your gut when it doesn’t make logical sense — and her beautiful perspective that your intuition might actually be your future self, in a different timeline, gently guiding you back onto your path.We also explore the idea of following your highest excitement — not as some fluffy spiritual concept, but as a real compass for life. Because what genuinely lights you up might actually be the thing you're meant to be doing… the thing that leads you to the right people, the right places, and the life that feels most like you.And of course, we talk about the very human part too — what she does when she feels herself starting to spiral, and the practices that bring her back home to herself. So if you’ve ever felt the pull to change your life, to trust your gut a little more, or to explore parts of yourself you’ve kept quiet… this one is for you.Let’s dive in.MORE ABOUT ZYANYA:IGWEBSITE & SHOPMORE ABOUT LAURA:IG & FREE TOOLSUNWIND RETREAT

CLAIM ONE OF TWO FREE CLARITY CALLS! Use Code FREECLARITYYou’ve read the books. You’ve done the journaling. You know your patterns — yet somehow, you still catch yourself doing the same thing again. Saying yes when you mean no. Overthinking before acting. Shrinking yourself to keep the peace. In this episode, we’re diving into why awareness alone isn’t enough and what it actually takes to loosen — and eventually break — those sticky patterns that keep you stuck. We’ll talk about:✨ Why your brain loves your patterns (and how they’ve secretly been keeping you safe)✨ The foundations you need before any real change can happen✨ Why so many women get trapped in people-pleasing loops✨ What to do instead of just meditating or journaling about it✨ The crucial question to ask yourself to finally shift things: “Is this a story I’m telling myself, or is this my value?"If you’re ready to stop “knowing better” and start doing differently, this one’s for you.
This episode is for you, if youWould never go out of the house with a messy hair day, because you have higher standards.Rework the reel for the 3rd time in a week and refuse to post it, because you have higher standards.Turn down a date with this really nice human, because although they are really lovely and kind, you have higher standards. In this episode I explain to you why this is maybe not a case of ‘high standards’ but a case of perfectionism due to an old fear you carry. You will learn where it comes from, and why you struggle to receive or gain momentum and I tell you how to change that.  If you want more, jump over to my world and grab yourself a free vibe check. We’ll talk about what is your case of high standards and plan a road map to follow so you will finally shift that for good. You will make the moves, have the love you desire and gain momentum on your project you put on the back burner for far too long.
Today we’re diving into perfectionism — that sneaky little thing that tells you you’re never doing enough, even when you’re flat-out exhausted. I’ll share what colouring books have to do with perfectionism (yes, really), how it holds you back more than you realise, and why simply telling yourself 'you’re doing a good job' isn’t the magic fix everyone makes it out to be.I’ll tell you my own story in this episode, and if it resonates, I’d love to hear yours. You can book a free vibe check with me to see if we’re a match. And if you want smaller doses of these thoughts to sprinkle into your day, come hang out with me on TikTok — little sparks of reflection and inspiration, no perfection required.ALL THE LINKS TO MY WORLD

Giiirl, why do boundaries feel scary, selfish, or egoistic? "I am scared of being selfish" this is the numero uno sentence I hear, when clients want to say "no" but end up saying "yes" whoops. So in this episode, I am not only unpacking why we struggle to set them— but also how boundaries can actually be the ultimate tool for deeper connection. We’ll cover:The difference between inside boundaries (your inner limits) vs outside boundaries (what you allow others to do)Why holding boundaries doesn’t make you selfish—it actually invites more love inThe pressure of being a “perfect, happy couple” and how boundaries can actually make you happierPlus more real-life examples from relationships and business to see boundaries in actionIf you’ve ever avoided setting limits or feared it would ruin your relationships, this episode will give you the tools and pep talk to step into boundaries confidently—while still staying deeply connected. Join us for SELF-BELONGING, starting Sep 3rd xAlright babes, today we’ve got someone seriously special on the mic. Ren Chagoury — the bold force behind Thrifter. She’s opening her 6th store right now + branching out into the realm of thrifter home and furniture and is on a mission to cut textile waste, give preloved clothes another life, and make sure we all look ridiculously cute while saving the planet.I actually met Ren a few months back at an event from her second business, Females Doing Cool Shit. She runs these incredible networking days with her right hand, Tiana, and also yaps her heart out on her podcast. And honestly, the reason I wanted Ren on here is simple: she oozes realness. This is a woman with her heart on her sleeve, who’s so eager to give and to support — and you’ll hear that in this episode too.And Ren isn’t just about clothes. She’s about opening doors. Saying yes to opportunities that might not look ‘smart’ on paper but somehow she makes them hers — and very successfully. She’s also recently opened her doors to love, and to those terrifyingly honest conversations most of us try to avoid because, let’s be real, they feel hard.Because behind those racks of preloved fashion, there’s a woman who’s had to untangle some pretty heavy threads herself. We’re talking trust issues. Hyper-independence. Childhood stories that taught her not to lean on anyone — and the brave, messy work of rewriting all of that. How do you actually let someone in when you’re convinced they could let you down? How do you set boundaries, have the hard conversations, and still show up with love?Ren is the kind of person who gives endlessly, who builds community that kids look up to and women feel inspired by. And she’s here to remind us that your so-called failures? They’re not proof you’ve messed it all up — they’re the very lessons your future badass self will thrive on.So, are you ready to be swept up in her energy and her vibe? Let’s dive in.MORE ABOUT REN?her IGthrifter on IGfemales doing cool shitMY WORLD?Join us for SELF-BELONGING starting Sep 3rd1:1 and everything else
For the longest time, I thought growth meant constantly working on myself. And after a breakup, I found myself deep in the fixing trap – more courses, more books, more doing… thinking the next thing would finally make me "whole." Feel me? Yep! That was me :))And in those years of searching and more more more, here’s what I learned:💭 Sometimes growth isn’t about adding more.💭 Sometimes inner work is happening in the backing off.💭 You don’t need fixing. You’re not broken. In this solo episode, I share:🌀 My breakup story & how it spiraled me into the fixing issue🦋 The moment a friend lovingly called out a behaviour I needed to change🌀Why shame sits on one side and true growth on the other🦋 How self-belonging became the ultimate upgradeI would looove to hear what is landing from you in this very personal episode, because this one made a big difference in how happy and calm I feel and why I go out with my work and show myself and show up every day.If you want to get more than this ep into your ears and also want to feel that chasing "better, bigger, more" isn’t real growth and coming home to yourself is - join us for SELF-BELONGING. ❤️‍🔥More?
