Ironically a bad cup of coffee was the catalyst for Angela's personal coffee journey. It led her into a career in the coffee industry where she discovered what truly makes a coffee taste good. Angela’s mission is to share this information with you so that you have the knowledge you need make better coffee at home and to find the cafes that serve great coffee when you’re not. In short coffee break sized episodes, Angela reveals need-to-know coffee information and coffee industry insights through the lens of a different theme each week.
