Kevin, Shae, Emily, and Francis are joined by Kat Michlik, a relative newcomer to the ultra scene who has been tearing it up since she started running a couple years ago. She comes from a strength and exercise science background where she trained athletes and now works as a head trainer at D1 in St. Augustine. She tells us what exercises we really should be doing as runners, and it definitely isn't what we want to hear.
Laura Bradley joins Kevin, Shae, Emily, and Francis to talk about her recent 100k finish at El Reto Del Indio, an ultra in Panama that spans ocean to ocean, that had ALL the water crossings, epic amounts of mud, elevation, and stray dogs. We also taste test some peeps flavors and find out some people are anti-peep. Francis questions Laura on her sanity as the creator of the Tampa Bay 100 and other routes she runs as the owner of Florida Running Tours.

Brace yourself, y'all, it's a long one! It could have been a two-parter, but we don't want to hold out all of the ACFL goodness! Kevin, Joe, and Shae sit down with Jada Freer, who came in from Washington to run the Across Florida 200 in its very first in-person event! All the highs, all the lows, all the weird hallucinations!
