This one is a bit of a long one, the consequence of having crew share their first hand experience. Shae, Joe, and Kevin are joined by Marc Burget fresh off of his win and setting a new course record at the Pinellas Trail Challenge. Marc is a staunch practitioner of the Galloway Run-Walk-Run Method. Not only does he use it for winning ultras, he is also an avid marathoner that paces at all the Disney races!
